I can not print my invoice, what can I do?

Hello,
I am not able to print my invoice out of  "My Adobe". Pressing the print button leads to an mostly empty window with an "error" within it´s url.
It seams to be an technical problem, but it is not possible to get any direct support contact. Can anyone help?

Lets try the same using an alternate browser. In case you still get the same issue, I recommend to contact our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6. They will generate the invoice and sent it over to you.

    How to arrange/configure here some exclusion in a fine, way; for 'tomorrow' we do not want to print it for customer no2,3,4,5...etc..
    Outputcontrol records do not have/bear 'exclusion', like pricing-appplication.

    You can achieve your requirement by below method.
    You can change your access sequence from "Sales Org / Billing Type" to "Sales Org / Billing type / Bill-to party"
    In that case, you have to create output condition master records only for the Bill-to party who require printouts. (Tx: VV31)
    So when creating billing documents, for customers those have VV31 record will get print and other don't.
    This is how you do it in configuration.
    Create output condition table
    First you need to create a condition table. Go to V/63
    Choose "Create" from menu option "Condition". Enter a number more than 900 and press Enter
    Then like you create condition tables in pricing, create a new table for that sequence. Double click on the fields from "FieldCatlg" table in below sequence.
    Sales Org / Billing type / Bill-to party
    Upon double click it will add to "Selected fields" section. Once done, press "Generate" button (RED color circle)
    Press "YES" for the pop up.
    Select the relevant  Package and press OK. If you DO NOT want to create transport requests, then select "LOCAL OBJECT" button without giving a Package. If you want to Tr in to another client, ask your basis team to give the correct package.
    Note down the condition table number.
    Add the condition table to your Access Sequence
    Go to below IMG Path
    Sales and Distribution / Basic Functions / Output Control / Output Determination / Output Determination Using the Condition Technique / Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents / Maintain Access Sequences
    If you want, create a new Access Sequence, Else you can add your new table to your existing access sequence as well.
    I'll tell how to create a new Acc Seq. Go to that node, While in 'Access Sequences' node, press "New Entries" button
    Create a new Acc Seq with your ID & Desc. Select that and double click on "Accesses" node
    Press "New Entries" button and enter "Ac No" and your new table number
    Highlight that line & double click on "Fields" node See whether relevant fields are there from the table.
    Save
    Now you need to add that Access Sequence to your relevant Output condition.
    Go to Sales and Distribution / Basic Functions / Output Control / Output Determination / Output Determination Using the Condition Technique / Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents / Maintain Output Types
    Go to change mode an Go to relevant output type (Eg:RD00). Highlight it and click on "Magnifier Glass"
    Enter your new access sequence under field "Access sequence" from the "General Data" tab and Save
    Now go to VV31 record.
    Enter your output type and press enter. Since you have one acc seq, it'll directly take you in.
    Maintain relevant data for required customers only. Make sure your enter "Output Device" and those ticks for "Print immediately" and "Release after output" under "Communication" button with "Date time" = 4 in initial screen.
    Save.
    Now try from beginning.
    For those who have VV31 records will get print automatically. Others not.

    Have you tried deleting the printer and reinstalling?  At least you are getting the printer to do something.  My print job just gets hung up in queue.

    I have a PDF whit various fields where i can write (i.e, if i write in field1, field2 will contain the same text). All is OK, but when i print the document some characters (5, 6, 7, 9, Á, É, Ú, w and many others) not print... what can i do? I have installed the following versions (all with the same problem): 9.1, 8.1.4 and 7.0...

  • INDesign pdf not printing fully width

    I designed some business cards 2 x 3.5 in.  They are stack stacked 5 high and two wide. There is no gutter. Viewing the rules the image is 7" wide and 10 " high. Yet when I print i lose a 1/16 of an inch in width ONLY. 
    I tried to print on two different laster printers and the same dimensions are printed 1/16 narrower in width.
    Since the cards have a background the image is not printing correctly.
    What am I doing wrong?  I am using cs3.

    Layout adjustment allows the document to automatically resize or reoposition objects snapped to the guides if you adjust margins or page size and is not a factor in your problem. It is possible to print to PDF if you have the full version of Acrobat installed and are running Windows or Mac OS prior to Snow Leopard instead of exporting, but it isn't a recommended workflow.
    What size is being reported by Acrobat for the PDF in the document properties? As far as I know it's impossible to scale a page during export. Is this REALLY a problem with scaling, or a problem that the print is misaligned on the stock? You cannot expect a deskstop printer to have the same degree of accuracy in placement on the sheet that you get with a press. Page-to-page drift of 1/8 inch is pretty normal. It's also not unusual for desktop printers to have some distortion, but you are reporting the same distortion on two different printers, which is not all that likely.

    Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I see that the attachments to your emails are not printing.
    To better assist you, would you please provide some additional information:
    What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have? Is it the C510 mentioned in the post you copied and pasted or another one? Guide to finding your product number
    How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
    What operating system are you using (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
    Are you sending an email to the printer’s ePrint email address and the attachments are not printing? Or are you trying to print an email from your email user interface and the attachments are not printing?
    What is the size of the attachments? Are they greater than 10MB?
    Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message and where is it displayed (printer or computer)?

    Depending on what you are trying to print you may have to print from within the app.  For example, to print an email or web page you have to open what you want to print from print central pro.  If your printer is not a supported printer there is another app from the same developer that allows you to print from your iPad to your printer via a wired pc.  You may want to drop them an email.  They have pretty good customer service and respond to emails very quickly.

    You have Duplexing turned on. Turn it off.
    This is to do with your Printer Driver and has nothing to do with Pages.

    I recommend that you open your print preferences and select the paper source as the main tray and set the paper size to whatever size it is you want to print. I don'y have a Vista example but I have included a screen shot from Windows 7 of the options window you're after.

    I have HP Printer Deskjet 1050. I've just bought 1 x Original HP Ink Cartridge Colour Black No.61 that can be used as well for my HP Deskjet 1050 (because I could't get No.802 Black Cartridge). I have pulled out the empty one and pushed the new one in until I heard snap sound (I've followed as what is in the instruction poster). Before my old Ink was empty, I was able to print either black or colour. Now, after I've got new one pushed in, I couldn't print nothing, even the alignment page doesn't automatically print out after all cartridges are pushed in and cartridge door was closed. My Black Ink warning light is blinking all the time. I can scan to my computer/laptop but can not print it out or make copy from the printer. This printer is not compatible for my laptop with OS Windows 8.1 (64-bit), but I was able to use my printer for printing thru my laptop by using HP AiO Printer Remote. Please help?

    Welcome to the HP support Forums! I see you have replaced the black cartridge on your HP Deskjet 1010, but it is not registering the new cartridge. You are unable to copy or print, you can make a scan. I notice you said your DJ 1010 was not compatible with the Windows 8.1 Operating system, there are full feature software and drivers available for your printer.
    Let's start troubleshooting the print quality issues: Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink for the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage an...
    Does this help, are you now able to print and make a copy? If yes, continue below:
    Now, the software:
    1. Unplug the USB if using a direct connection.
    2. Remove the HP DJ 1010 software from your computers Control Panel's Uninstall a program option.
    3. Restart the computer.
    4. Make sure all the DJ 1010 software is gone from the programs list as well as your HP folder listed under the All programs in your Start Menu.
    5. Now go ahead and download the software and drivers for your DJ 1010 (DO NOT plug in USB until the software prompts you to):
