When opening the version of Iphoto i have an error message appears that says; You can't open your current iphoto library using this version of Iphoto. You have made changes to your photo library using a newer version of iphoto. Please quit and use the latest version of iphoto. What? If I can't open the current library using the latest version of iphoto, and I am asked to make changes the the newest version!!! I'm asked to run in circles chasing my tail...I had a new hard drive installed about 6 weeks ago. I am running MAC OS 10.5.8
What version of iPhoto do you have? If you're on 10.5 then you're not running the latest iPhoto
Any chance that the library was opened with another version?
Simplest solution will be to just restore from your back up. -
Opening iphoto I get an error message that says "you can't open your current photo library using this version of iphoto. You have made changes to your photo library using a newer version of iphoto. Please quit and use the latest version of iphoto." I wouldn't have a clue as to how to change to a new version of iphoto even if I wanted to.
If you don't have a backup you can resort to give this a try:
Starting over from scratch with new library
Start over with a new library and import the Originals (iPhoto 09 and earlier) or the Masters (iPhoto 11) folder from your original library as follows:
1. Open the library package like this.
2. Launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and, when asked, select the option to create a new library.
3. Drag the subfolders of the Originals (iPhoto 09 and earlier) or the Masters (iPhoto 11) folder from the open iPhoto Library package into the open iPhoto window a few at a time.
This will create a new library with the same Events (but not necessarily the same Event names) as the original library but will not keep the metadata, albums, books slideshows and other projects.
Note: your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.

Basically, someone was hacking my apple account for a while and kept changing the password so i kept resetting it, now i've had to change my email as icloud still wouldn't accept my new passwords - even after being updated. If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Is anyone else finding it difficult to locate an artist from the itunes store using the genre search? I've tried to locate 2 artists over the last couple of days and can't find them in any of the obvious genres. Yes, I just discovered the POWER SEARCH feature missing and had a mini-meltdown until I found the power search, using the STORE button on the main menu, I click "search" and the power search page pops back, so wharever idiot at Itunes thought it a good idea to delete Power search from the Itunes webpage needs a smack in the head, and put the power search feature back, duh.

I've changed all settings to new Id & even tried to do updates through iTunes but keeps referring back to previous Id which had to be cancelled due to email address change. Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in with the new ID. However, app updates for your apps purchased with your older ID will always ask for the password for this ID. (Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them.)

I figured out the fix for the Mac users having this problem. I connected my iPhone to my iMac and started iTunes. A dialogue came up in iTunes, I OK'd that and then OK'd the usual "Do you trust this Mac" that comes up on my iPhone.
Suddenly Image Capture launched itself and there were all my photos, ready to be downloaded.
It's a long shot but, then, any port in a storm.

Thanks!I haven't used that Plugin , but from the plugin explanation it is said(as you mentioned) that you can use the Close[DHTML Dialog] event for Dynamic Actions.
I am not sure if the event is actually triggered before the dialog is closed or immediately after. If this event has been implemented as a callback , then its probable that the event would be triggered after the dialog is closed.
In any case, you can add a simple javascript alert code as the Dynamic Action and see if it runs fine.If that works you can add the region refresh javascript code manually as
$('#REGION_STATIC_ID').trigger('apexrefresh')if that doesn't work, its probably due to the call happening from the dialog(before it closes) and the dialog unable to find any such element (since its attached to the dialog's parent)
in such a case, use
parent.$('#REGION_STATIC_ID').trigger('apexrefresh')This refresh method only works with report regions(and some LOV item types) , so for most page items you have to call some javascript that specifically fetches and sets the session value (either using ajax or new value passed from modal )
Instead of using the plugin for the dialog, if you use the jQuety dialog API (which I guess the plugin calls internally) , then it has close event where you can add your custom code. You can find the API documentation here -
I can no longer see my iTunes store credit balance
A couple weeks ago, I wanted to check my Apple ID credit balance but have been unable to successfully coerce the iTunes store to tell me what it is...
I used to be able to very easily get this information from iTunes on both Windows and my iPhone. I have looked everywhere I could think of on both and can't get the amount from anywhere I've tried. THis used to be very easy and convenient to check on both systems.
Pertinent version information:
iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1
Windows Vista Ultimate
iTunes for Windows v 10.7.0.21
Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted in my account information or is this information no longer displayed for some particular reason?
