I can't find my online number after order.

I'm at the moment in Canada and I ordered a online number for Germany but it doesn't show anywhere. The payment was 2 days ago and I got a confirmation. Why can't I find my online number? In the past it worked very well...

    I believe you mean the genius reinstalled Mac OS X.
    The iWork serial number is stored in HD > Library > Preferences & it was likely lost in the crash as it's not part of the system. You will need to find the card with the iWork serial number that was in the original box. If you purchased the serial number online you should be able to find in by going to the Store tab at the top of this page then click on Account (at the upper right of the page under the Search box), then Downloadable software purchases & log in.

    May I suggest that you develop a method of storing your ALL of your serial numbers (and other important data) so that you can find them when you need them? After all, you paid money for this.
    By the way, if you downloaded the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom, that's the wrong version and could cause this problem. You want the standalone version of Lightroom: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates.html

    The only way you could track your iPhone is if you have enabled the find my iPhone feature on the iPhone itself.
    If you did this, then go to iCloud.com and see if you can locate it.
    Otherwise it cannot be tracked.

    If you enabled the "Find My iPhone" feature prior to the device being lost, go to iCloud.com, sign in and select the locate option.
    If you did not enable the feature prior to the device being lost then you are basically out of luck.

    It's going to expire on Oct 4 but I can't find out the correct way to re-purchase a new period.
    I have checked the FAQ already and it said I will find a "Online Number" tab on my account page and I can click extend but I didn't find it.(Please check the photo underneath)
    Skype staff could you please help me to solve this problem?

    Hello, I feel your pain having suffered a 3 or 4 week period of getting them myself. 
    These are called Kernel Panics.
    They are often a result of a corrupt OS or dodgy cheap RAM.
    The best method to solve them is to work through Dr Smoke's Kernel Panic resolution guide.
    You'll need to open the Optical drive tray at some point so here's two methods to try:
    ❶ Hold down the mouse button during start-up.
    ❷ Switch on/reboot
    After the startup chime, press and hold the keys <command/apple> <alt/option> <o> and <f> ( ⌥ ⌘ F O )
    At the command line prompt, type: eject cd
    Hit Return, the optical drive will then eject.
    Insert the Install disk.
    Type: mac-boot
    Hit return.
    The manual button/pin hole is present on the drive but you need to have the case hanging half open to be able to reach it in my experience...

    Hi, I received a Summer SIM yesterday (the 100GB/month SIM) and put it into my iPhone 4S. I registered with the EE website and received the verification text, all good so far... When I go to top-up my account online with £10 it comes up with a red error message at the top of the screen: "Sorry, something's gone wrong""We can't find a mobile number for this account. Please associate one with it" screenshot:http://i.imgur.com/nt4Q5sA.png Yet despite this if I look in "my account" it lists my account number and mobile number ( https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/my-account/ ) I tried topping up anyway (despite the red warning) but it just gave me an error at the end ("TOP UP MY DEVICE - ERROR") I also tried going via http://ee.co.uk/ee-and-me/top-up-pay-as-you-go but again I got an error I don't have any credit on my new SIM so I can't call and pay 25p to speak to someone - are there any mods/customer service people on the board that can sort out my account? This is not a great start to using the EE network :/

You need to phone EE. The problem is to speak to someone you need 25p credit on your SIM (which you won't have if you're a brand new customer wanting to top up for the first time) I've found a mobile number for customer services (07953 966250) on the forum that I called from a different mobile and after 15minutes on the phone they have now topped up £10 on my account. I checked and the red warning no longer appears on the top up page. I'm still waiting to see if the "SUMMER100" promo has been properly applied and if the " STOP PACK" / "YES" works, but at least I am now over the first hurdle.

    The serial number was included in the box ARD came in; the Apple Store will not have a record of it. If you've lost the serial number, you'll need to purchase a new copy of ARD, probably a good idea anyway since 2.2 won't run on any version of Mac OS X since, if memory serves, 10.4. It's a lot cheaper through the Mac App Store than it was back when you first purchased.
