I can't watch video clips on my phone....

Does anyone else have an issue when trying to watch video clips on their phone?  I try and the video keeps stopping.....

The videos y have encoded are encoded with MPEG4 AVC/H.264 CODEC.
Most smartphone cannot play MP4 files with these codec.
The Things to be done:
Go to www.erightsoft.com
or, www.imtoo.com
Download SUPER and imtoo 3gp converter respectively.
The first one is freeware.
In bothe softwares MUST USE MPEG4 or H.263 for as video codec.
Thanks.

• Watching video clips on web page full screen

how can you watching video clips on web page full screen?

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions.
If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.

Can anyone please help me, I'm having problems with sound while watching video clips using flash player & Internet Explorer

There's a good chance that this is a known issue.  We'll have a Flash Player 18 beta later this week that should resolve this at http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta/

• I'm using an older iMac G5 (PowerPC) with Firefox and MacOs 10.5.8. I no longer am able to watch video clips because Firefox recently auto-updated to 3.6.24; is there an older version of FireFox that would work with my PowerPC, and where do I find it

I used to be able to watch video clips off a streaming website, but it's been getting more difficult and now it no longer works. I suspect that my older Power PC G5 Mac is not compatible with the newer Firefox version of 3.6.24. I suspect that if I used an older version of Firefox with my system, I could get back to watching video clips. Would this work, and if so, where can I download an earler version of Firefox that would be compatible with my Mac and MacOs 10.5.8?

You might want to consider extending the lifespan of your G5 by using a different operating system. I put Lubuntu on a G5 recently and it runs the newest Firefox just fine. Lubuntu (pronounced Loo-boon-two) is sort of an Ubuntu lite - a user-friendly version of Linux. There are many applications to choose from, and it's all free.
The PowerPC I did this on was one of the old Bondi Blue ones. Firefox had no problem running on it at all and has all plug-ins needed for video, audio, etc.. I gave it to a church and it's running fine for them.
You can download old versions of Firefox, but you'll just open yourself up to security problems if you do.
FYI: The Mac operating system is built on Linux.

• Can't watch videos on news sites

Hi all.
I'm having difficulties watching video clips from just about all news sites.
Nothing seems to load at all.  No video, no sound.  Nada.
I have three iMacs all running current updates of Snow Leopard and Flash Player, and all three machines have the same issue.
I've even disabled my virus programs.
I can view YouTube and other videos without issue - it's just news sites.
Any thoughts?
B.

27" iMac i5 quad, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
I have three iMacs all running current updates of Snow Leopard
If they aren't running v10.6.8, click your Apple menu icon top left corner of your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update.
Restart your Mac after the updates are installed, then try a video.
Assuming you are using Safari ...   If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
Check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info.
If the box next to:  Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari to test.
And emptying the Safari cache more often can help also. From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache or Option + Command + E on your keyboard.

• Can I watch video through my iPhone and TV at the same time?

Can I watch video through my iPhone and TV at the same time while using the Apple composite video cables? I am planning a trip in my car and would like to play videos for my kids through their video screen while my wife watches on the iphone from the passenger seat. I didn't want to spend $50 to find out it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance!

It doesn't work that way, sorry. When video out is being utilized, only the movie artwork (the cover or image) is displayed, and the actual movie is not displayed on the iPhone's screen.

• I can't watch videos on Youtube in HD ever since that mess with HTML5 last month.

So in February there was a brief stint where Youtube decided to force everyone to watch videos only with the HTML5 player, which forced many Firefox users to watch videos with only 360p and 720p as resolution options, and even at 720p the video was blurry and playback was choppy. I tried using a couple different add-ons people made to force Youtube to use Flash Player again, but the video quality was even worse than on the HTML5 player so I removed them. And now, even after Youtube allowed Flash Player to be used again, ever since that mess happened it's affected the videos I watch. Now I can't watch videos in any real high definition, because on any resolution option the videos become "fuzzy." The edges of people, text, and objects are pixelated and either blurry or jagged and not crisp and sharp as they should be. I also have problems with "rippling," where it seems as if thin, vertical lines are moving on the screen and subtly distorting the video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player, Firefox is on the current version, and everything else on my system that I know of is up to date. I have also tried watching videos in safe mode. Nothing changes. I can't get the videos to look normal again. For almost the past month I've had to start using Chrome specifically just for Youtube because nothing I do will get it to work properly again on Firefox.

Hello,
Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:
#Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
#Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
#Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
# Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel. <br/> <br/> <br/>
# Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
# Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
# Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
Does this solve the problem? Let us know.

i can't watch videos on most sites. the only one which i can watch videos so far is youtube. i upgraded the latest driver for my graphics card (nvidia geforce) and also adobe flash but still doesn't help. thanks in advance for your assistance.

Start Firefox in <u>Safe Mode</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

• Updated Flash, now can't watch videos or listen to music

Just had to update Flash to version 16.0.0.235 and now I can't watch videos on YouTube, Huffington Post or Packers.com, and I can't listen to music on AccuRadio or Radio Margaritaville, both of which require Flash.
I've tried everything - emptying the cache, deleting the folders, uninstalling (Which, oddly, enabled me to watch YouTube videos) and reinstalling, even checking the add-ons and making sure it's active.  Everything that checks for Flash tells me it's not installed, and the animation on Adobe's page that's supposed to show me moving clouds doesn't even show up.  (I turned off AdBlock for this site; still nothing.)
What else can be done?
I'm using Mozilla Firefox version 34 on Windows XP.

Please ask your question on a forum for the Flash Player

• Can't watch videos online... Do I need some flash player?

Can't watch videos online... Do I need some flash player?

There is no flash player for the iPad, it's not supported.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.
