I can view my free hotmail, but I can not take any action on the mail. I can't open or delete anything.
The email screen is locked up. I can not activate any of the icons. I can not open, delete mail.
I can not view folders. there is no reaction to the mouse.
If I put the mouse over an icon the choices activate but nothing happens.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

I am unable to find download instructions for LR4 which is listed in my Adobe ID with the Serial Number. Can anyone tell me how to download it to a new computer. I have CS6 and those instructions for downloading an owned product are easily found.

I just got iphone 5c and i am not happy with it. It uses to much data and i don't even know how. I can't get the ringtones i want for my contacts.I got it on my free upgrade but i want to take it back and get something else but where i got it they say i can't because i don't have the earbuds and i have serches or them. now i am suck with a phone i don't like at all until my next upgrade. this is very dishearten
1. If you are this unhappy with that phone, and the lost earbuds is the only thing stopping you from taking it back, why do not just buy some earbuds. That way you can get rid of that phone. It all depend upon how much you want to get rid of that phone.
2. Yet if you are stuck with that iPhone, here is something might help you to control the data usage. By design, iPhones do turn off WiFi when they go dormant. So if a download is in progress and so forth when the phone goes dormant, it will switch to use cellular data, if this setting is left on. Therefore, from multi-sources I have learned that if you keep your iPhone connected to a power source, then it will stay connected to the available WiFi. -
i have just dowloaded the icloud control panel on my PC and i am am able to see everything that has been pushed to icloud from my ipad. However i cannot see my email. i can send from the computer using icloud, but i do not see any mail that is being received by my ipad, which is set up with my mail server. What haven't i checked lol?
turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

Hi I followed instructions to copy/move iTunes music to a new PC. I can see albums listed in the library but SYNCH will not put any music on my new iPod.
It took three weeks to import my CDs on the old PC and I don't want to do it again!

Once you have the tracks on some removable medium, you can mount that on your new computer and then just drag the content to the iTunes window. Make sure that the option to "copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" is set in the iTunes -> Advanced -> General preferences before you do. Alternatively, you can use the Add To Library command and select each track (or folder of tracks).
If you won't be using that Windows system once you move the content, don't forget to deauthorize the system from your iTunes Store account before you dispose of the computer.

I updated my ipad but when I went into dragonvale it no longer recognized me and made me create a new account. As a result I can no longer access my park. I have tried to go into the Game Center to restore my park but i do not have any options to restore my old login/ account. Any tips?

How can I get my time machine to allow me to recover files again?
After upgrading MBA to OS X, the time machine still backs up the files; but, I'm not able to navigate within the time machine or select any folders or files for restore.
I've searched and can not find a solution to the problem that's being encountered.Yeap that all makes sense now.
Do you only have the current backup showing in the TM display?? Won't it fill in the rest?

Previous backup may not show for a couple of hours.
Long short of it.. Mavericks version of TM is a pain.
Sometimes it is easier to completely ignore the TM backup and do the restore manually.

I can open iBooks App but it does not have any books or PDF's ... I tried bringing them in but no luck! Any solutions??
It's taken off both iPhone and the new iPadYou can insert the PDF that you want to have on iBooks trough iTunes using the library section "books", or simply drag and drop the PDF to iTunes and sync your iPhone, iPad.
You can also open a PDF on Safari and tap on open in iBooks at the top of screen. -

I have 46 movies downloaded from apple on my windows 7 PC I can only see 32 of them on my apple tv, I keep trying to share on my computer but they will not connect, any ideas? Sometimes I can connect though computer and get all my movies but usually I can not connect though the network.
