I cant see any purchase history on my account after updating the software and installing itunes on a new PC. Why have they been wiped from my account?
My laptop died on me and I have just got a new one. I installed itunes and updated my phone software, but now all the Apps are missing and i cant see them in my account as purchased to re-download.
There is no purchase history when i view my account information, can anyone explain what has happened?
If you have more than one account, you have to log in to the one that was used to purchase those apps.

it looks as though i have to download them all again because next to each song on both my phone and laptop there is a cloud with a red arrow.
i installed the itunes, then plugged my phone in and followed all the instructions- the itunes on my laptop shows all the songs but still has the cloud symbol -
Ive backed up my phone and restored it after updating the software and now a lot of my apps are greyed out and i cant access them via the phone interface
I can only access them via the App storeI did plug it into itunes and then backed it up to the cloud (im actually wondering if thats my problem)
then restored it from the cloud.
Maybe I should restore it from the computer (when its plugged into itunes?)

My iphone hangs any time.I see a call coming but i cannot attend. My call drops anytime and i cant even end the call.The settings page doesnt respond many times.I have given the phone to Apple care , they update the software and return it back to me.IT WORKS FINE FOR 3-4 DAYS AGAIN THE SAME. If you used your backup to restore the data after it got returned, set it up as new device and don't use the backup data afterwards. It seems that some data inside the backup are corrupt. Follow this article and set up the account info and other setting manually after that:

In the menu bar, click on File. Almost at the bottom of the dropdown list will be the Work Offline option. If it has a tick next to it, then FF is working in offline mode. Just click on it once & all will be sorted.

about a month ago i got a 9630 from bell
at first the googlemap works well, but a few days ago i updated the software(9630AMEA_PBr4.7.1_rel77_PL4.1.0.40_A4.7.1.40_Bell_Mobility_Inc)
since then it can't use the gps any more.
it always say "your current location is temporarily unavailable. gps temporarily unaviliable "
thank you very much if any buddy can help meGo into your OPtions, then advanced options, applications and highlite google maps, menu button, edit permissions. make sure they are set to "allow". this will typically solve it. also go into your GPS settings (under options) and make sure its set to "location On".

In the past 6 years I have purchased many books from iTunes. I lost one of them and would like to download it again, however it is not showing up in my purchased screen. All of my music, movies, and shows are showing but none of my books. They do show up in my purchase history, how can I get them back? Help!

So far as I am aware, books haven't been available for 6 years, so I'm wondering if you mean audiobooks.
Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. -
Can see any words on screen in Twitter after updating to firefox 8
User cannot see any words on twitter page after updating to firefox 8 and then 9.0 . We can only see characters should as &#!.
We can however see all other website normally.
We can also see Twitter normally in IE (sorry).

I changed my email awhile back and have been using it fine until the other day i had to wipe my computer clean and when I downloaded the Itunes and pluged in my ipod I lost all my purchased items. where can i find them and get them back
They would only be where you put them.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If or some reason you failed to do the basics and maintain a backup, then you can redownload purchased music in some countries:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
You only get one download of movies. It is your responsibility to backup your purchases. -

Well yes, of course your phone will have been locked in Japan because the Japanese phone companies do not offer unlocking to anyone, so you have effectively jailbroken your phone and can't get any help here.

Since I have made an upgrade of Photoshop CC 2014 I got a lot of problems.
At first, I could not open any pictures in Photoshop. It works only if I disable "Use Graphic processor". I installed a new driver for my video-card, but it did not help. I use AMD FirePro V4800 for 10-bit colour.
I had to return the system to the restore point (before the upgrade), then it worked somehow, but not stable. ACR from time to time had a blue screen with a white cross.
Now I tried to install drivers for my video-card again, but it resulted in the same issue: Photoshop cannot open any photo. (Other converters and editors and also a new Lightroom work well).
I use Win7x64, i7 2600, 16 Gb RAM, two SSD's, AMD FirePro V4800. I have never had any problems before the upgrade. And I do not want to reinstall Photoshop because I would have to reinstall a lot of plug-ins, I have already lost a whole day.Glad it's not just me!
Interestingly, when I spoke with Apple, I tried it in a new user account and the problem went away. Apple said to speak to Adobe which I have done and after deleting settings/prefs again the problem remained. Adobe say as it's fine in a new account then it's an Apple issue not Adobe.
I did find a workaround for now though, when using file - open, set it to list view instead of column view - this fixed my problem but sadly I'm used to working in column view so it's not ideal!
I also got the same error message when trying to replace a set of brushes yesterday too. I need to go back to Apple now but just need to schedule some time to sit and troubleshoot! -

even i did not understand, why Apple Support remain silent...hi your phone is not factory unlocked , you should have think about before updating ... may be you didnt know about the situation , any way you can make it ..you have to take to local place where iphone unlocking ...that suggestion only i can do ...

I have hundreds of songs that reside on my iPhone 4. When I upgraded to an iPhone 5S, only 75 songs loaded (those bought from iTunes). What happened to the rest of my songs which all came fro CDs I had purchased and downloaded to my phone???

They are still in iTunes on your computer..
unless you deleted them.

When you first started up your iPhone 5S, did you Restore from backup and select the iPhone 4 backup?
This will put all the info that was on the iPhone 4, onto the iPhone 5S.
