I cant use my finger or pen on touchscreen.

I can use my touchpad/mouse, but when i try to use my touchscreen to draw or other things with my finger or pen, it doesnt work. If I click outside the box/layer and drag into it, it will work. How can I fix this? If it helps, I have a lenovo twist with windows 8

first of all, remove your battery and leave it out for five minutes then replace it. see if this solves the problem. if it does not, backp all your data to memory card or the mass storage (16gb) in the phone, or as a backup file .nbu in Nokia PC Suite. then perform a hard reset (*#7370 and *#7780#) to clear the phone to default factory settings. if this still does not work, then try the three-finger hard reset. if this still does not work, you will have to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to look at.
remember to do appropriate backup of all your files first. let us know how it goes.

Touchsmart TM2T, can't use touchscreen or pen

Just got my tablet and am very happy with it. However, though it worked initially, I am having trouble with the pen and touchscreen, which do not respond when I try to use them.
When I checked the device manager I saw one "!" warning for Universal Serial Bus Controllers, for an "unknown device". The message when I click on it reads "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Since it is the only trouble spot on a new computer, I'm hoping one has to do with the other.
I have downloaded what I think is the latest driver (sp47422.exe), but it doesn't seem to help.
Any tips on what else I can check? Thanks for whatever help you can provice.

Same problem with me. I bought the touchsmart in October and I was very happy with it until I got this error. Im really good with computers myself and wasn't able to solve the problem on my own so I had it sent to HP since it was under warranty. So, I got it back and they said they replaced the hard drive. But the issue was fixed...for about 2 weeks. Then the same thing happened. Sent it in a SECOND time. Got it back with MORE ERRORS and they DIDNT EVEN FIX IT!
Needless to say, my blood was boiling - how are you gonna send it out for the same issue and they didnt even attempt to fix it!? I wanted a refund but it was past the return policy. So I told them I want a replacement.
I got it escalated to the managers - they told me it has to be sent in 3 times before they can replace it. I told him No, I would understand if the issue was fixed upon its return back to me the second time around, but it wasn't and I was PISSED. But he told me he could request for a replacement but it has to be approved. So, thats what Im waiting on right now.
Very unpleased with this. NEVER EVER EVER buying hp again. (Toshiba 4lyfe)

Cant see my airplay icon, cant use my remote app on either of my devices

I have the gen 3 apple TV and somehow i can no longer airplay, from my mac book pro, ipad, ipad mini or iphone. It used to work on all of my devices and now I cant see the icon.
When I open my remote app it tells me that I have to turn on Home sharing on my itunes or apple tv. It is turned on, on all of my devices.
I have been trying to trouble shoot this issue (all of my devices have the latest updates) and I still cant use my remote or air play
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When you tried syncing, did you connect the phone, then click on the phone icon near the top left of iTunes, then click on Apps under Settings in the sidebar, then find the app in question and click the Install button beside it before clicking Sync at the bottom right?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Just enter your existing details, don't try creating a new account.

I have follow trouble shooting , they recommend to go system preference -> display , thus can find out the mirroring icon if no mean it doesnt support. But according to the web, Early 2011 MBP should be able to use, dunno why.

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.

actually its not in DFU which is suppose to be a black screen. When it powers on there is an image of Itunes logo and the usb cord. What happened is I did an update before I backed up my photos the phone worked great after the update no issues till it powered off. When I turned it on again it had those two icons and was forcing me to sync with Itunes to system default which will wipe out my media.

The only option is to contact that person to have them remove Activation Lock from the iPhone. They can do it online and do not have to come to you. Check out the article below for more information.
