Your iPad is physically out of storage space. Purchasing space in iCloud dosen't magically give your actual iPad more physical storage space.
You need to delete content off of your iPad.

can some one help me I was up dating my Ipad and something went wrong. I am on my computer now.

You are in Recovery Mode. Follow the instructions below to recover your iPad.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost.

This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!

Going into the App Store as you suggest, I see 'thee updates available", the first says, 'X RESTART', the second says, 'Garage Band, an error has occurred" (in red), and the third 'Memory Clean, UPDATE'.
Am I correct in thinking that OSX is the problem, because it is waiting for a restart?

Hi My PC died on me and i am not sure how toget my itunes back on my PC, can anyone helpe me please?

I had itunes on my old pc and it died on me. couldn't recover the infomation off it. How to i get my old itunes back, as it had all my music on??? Is it as simple as just plugging in my phone?

When you re-install iTunes..make sure you use the same account name and password...then go to 'store' then click on 'view account', sign in, scroll down to see purchase history, click to see all, click on the song list, then select 'all' or 'not in my library' and a download button should show up at the bottom of the right side of that window and hopefully it will start downloading. That is what I just had to do with my son's laptop when his hard drive died. Had a terrible time figuring it out too so I thought I would post and help others out.
You can try plugging in your phone btw and see if that works..I have read you can then select 'restore songs', though on my iTunes I haven't seen anything that says restore songs on it...so I don't know how reliable that information is. Maybe it shows up only after the device has been plugged it. Good luck!

if you are sure your contacts are still available at iCloud.com, then you've probably turned off contact syncing on the phone.
Go to settings > iCloud and turn contacts on.
