I was using a 30 day trial of the lightroom 5 but decided to buy the full version. When I go to download it, it asks for 2 serial numbers but I only have 1?
you bought the upgrade version meaning you have a previously purchased lightroom. after entering your lr5 serial number you're being prompted for that previous version's serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
if you made an error and do not own a previous version, Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

Now there is option to "try as a trial version" however it will not allow me to progress and select this option.
Very Frustrating...Did you run any other trials already? in any case, try the suggestions listed in the respective section regarding licensing here and also have a look at the specific CS5 stuff.

Hi. I am trying to buy Apperture as my trial version has expired. I cannot buy the full version as I get a message saying it is already installed. Do I have to remove the trial before I can buy it? When I launch Apperture, I follow the link "buy"
If you are purchasing from the Mac App store, then you would drag the trial version to the trash first and empty trash (since the trial version has expired).
Launch the Mac App store > sign in with your Apple ID > purchase Aperture (this is cheaper than the previous retail version many of us purchased anyway).
Note - you can rename your Aperture Trial library as needed if you want to work with that one once the full version is installed. -
'm having a problem with downloading and installing the new version of itunes for windows (11.1.4) I have done everything the troubleshooting article has said and it is still not working properly. Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Posting your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.
If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID, verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Depending on which country you are in, then you might be able to re-download the music from iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . Otherwise have you not got a backup of your purchases on, for example, an external drive or DVD that you can copy back onto your computer and add into iTunes ?

I'm just saying that there is/was another copy of Logic on that computer at one time, the app store version does not require a serial however... if a previous version was on the machine I think even the app store version will ask for a serial... is that what's happening? -

Regarding your new Guest Account.
If it is the Guest User created by Find My Mac, it is advisable that you leave it be in order to maintain the functionality of the Find My Mac system. It is not a typical guest account. A person can't use the account to log into the system. It only permits the user (presumably a thief) to use a crippled version of Safari, in which the thief will reveal his/her location, hopefully to an end result wherein you may be able to recover the stolen computer.
The very nature of this unique guest account is to increase the security of the system, not to degrade it as a typical guest account might do. -
On my new Imac I saved some files on the free trial version of Pages, since downloading the full version from Apple, have been unable to save or print from old files saved when using the trial version. Any ideas? Thank you!
My guess is the 30-day trial period has expired but you didn't remove the trial before installing the full version. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip. -
