I had a cheap iPhone 5 charger in my phone, I tried to pull it out gently and it make two metal things come out of my charger port, is this fixable

My iPhone 5 had a cheap gas station charger in the charging port, the charger then got stuck and I tried to pull it out and now there are two metal things sticking out of my charging port? Is this fixable?
