i just want to install the ff4 if you could tell me how. i mean , where i can find the download button. it just not appear on my screen. i also try to follow the step from troubleshooting,but it did not work.

If the http://getfirefox.com website doesn't have a big green "Download" button for you, then you can download Firefox from FTP. See http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/4.0/
Please let us know whether that works.

It appears that the developer has released a newer version of Hotmail Watcher. Version 2.13 located at https://sites.google.com/site/sonthakit/hotmailwatcher. You should try updating it to see if it works then.

Open Sysem Preferences from your Apple () menu top left in your screen then select the Firewall tab.
Make sure the Firewall is turned off.

For downloading, the only alternative would be to use a computer with a better Internet connection to download the iTunes installer and then copy it to your computer via a USB flash drive, external hard drive, etc.
As to your other question, you cannot directly deauthorize a computer that's not working or to which you no longer have access. You can, however, go into your iTunes Store account and there will be a "deauthorize all" button. You can then re-authorize the computers you're using now.
Note that you can only use the "deauthorize all" option once per year, unless something's changed very recently.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If you are unable to install the software update, you may need to plug the iPad Mini into a power source. If it is below a certain percentage in power it will require power to ensure that iPad Mini does not loose power when installing. My iMac had a Trojan Horse virus and I had to reformat and install it's OS again. Now I cannot download any of my video's that I purchased from the iTunes store of Amerian Idol in 2009. How could I get them back?

We are fellow users on here, you are not talking to iTunes Support here.
Whether a film will show in the Purchased link will depend upon what country that you are in (redownloading films isn't possible in all countries), what studio that they are from (not all allow re-downloading), whether they are still in the store (studios occasionally remove them from the store), and whether you've hidden them or not (hiding and unhiding).
Do any films show in the Purchased link, and do you not have copies of them somewhere ? If some do show but others don't then are they hidden (some might also have been removed from the store or the studio doesn't allow re-downloading) ? If you do have Movies as an option in the Purchased tab and you think that there should be more listed there (and you haven't changed countries since buying them), then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they know why they aren't showing
But as with all content from the store you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup copy of them, as there is no guarantee that a content provider won't remove their items from the store.

Have you been able to access the internet previously and now it's suddenly not working, or are you still trying to access the internet for the first time on your iPad? Are you at home trying to connect through your home router? If you are at home, did you put your home routers encryption code as your password? The encryption code is what your iPad is looking for and it is usually found on the router and is typically a 13 digit combination of letters and numbers. Let us know......

Sounds on my iPhone 4S just mysteriously disappeared today. They were gone when I woke up this morning. It's like somebody sneaked in the middle of the night and stole them. AOL is attempting to force users to use their toolbar and not Firefox's and sports a Firefox logo along with an "update" button on the main page. Screen shots.

I use Firefox and access my AOL from there. When I get to the AOL homepage, before logging in to email, as of yesterday there was a banner across the top with the Firefox Logo saying to click here to download the new AOL/Firefox upgrade.
When I clicked, it went to "exe.aol/toolbar" and supposedly an AOL webpage to download their toolbar.
Sounds like AOL is fraudulently using Firefox's name in order to get people to download an AOL toolbar.
