Okay so my 64G iPhone 4S was stolen about a year and a half ago, it was backed up to my computer and I had used around 50G. I got a new iPhone a year ago but it's only 32G so I didn't have enough space to back it up as my old phone, so how do I get all my memory on my old phone back without having to get a 64G phone? Thanks
No, there is no way to put more content then there is capacity for on the device. As wjosten mentioned, you might be able to edit that backup to remove things to reduce it in size where you could then restore it to the new device, but obviously, everything that you had on the old iPhone will never fit on the new one.
No matter what you do, you are going to end up with less content on the new device then on the old one - there is no way around that fact other than returning the 32GB iPhone and getting a 64GB one. A gigabyte of data is a gigabyte of data, regardless of device, and will require a gigabyte of storage again, regardless of device. -

You should call Apple Support and give them your Apple ID so that they can verify how many photos you actually do have backed up in iCloud...
Also, are you able to do an iTunes backup at all? Because that would save all of the photos and allow you to get them onto the new device.
Apple Support number is

How can I transfer all my music from the apple ID account on my dad's computer to my new computer without burning like a hundred CD's?
For non-iTunes purchases you need a third-party program like one of those discussed here:

i-devices are intended to by synced with iTunes (iTunes --> device), not transfer things to iTunes. For transferring songs from i-device to computer see commercial software utilities (with the exception of iTunes purchases). Examples (check the web for others; this is not an exhaustive listing):

My computer crashed and I lost everything. It was the only computer with Sync on it and I cannot get my recovery key: how can I get all my bookmarks from that Sync account? I have a ton of bookmarks/saved password and the only way to get on sync is create a new recovery key and lose all of my information.
Is there any way to get my stuff back without creating a new recovery key and losing all my old stuff? It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back. -
Can i transfer all my playlist from a time machine back up to a new computer?
can i transfer all my playlist from a time machine back up to a new computer?
Hey joven_photo,
Thanks for the question. Your iTunes playlists are stored within the iTunes Library files. The best option may be to move your entire iTunes Library to a new computer, as outlined in this article:

I was trying to put all my songs from my Ipod onto my New laptop, but they were all erased. Is there anyway I can restore my 200 songs quickly?
If iTunes purchases then:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise you will have to get them from where you originally obtained them -

How can I delete all my mail ( 3.5 ) on my computer ( original G4 ) but leave it all on the .Mac servers?
backup the device and restore it as new.
If you already have or don't need a backup:
Erase your device
Erasing all content and settings will delete all the data from your device, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All device settings are restored to their factory condition.
To remove all settings and information from your device, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. For more information about this feature, see iOS: Understanding 'Erase All Content and Settings'.
If you are unable to erase your device, restore the device using iTunes.
See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137 for the exact steps.
Transferring ringtones isn't supported, as far as I know...

Exporting a 16:9 sequence always ends up 4:3?
Hi - I use FCE HD and shoot anamorphic 16:9 widescreen. I capture in FCE, and edit it in 16:9 as FCE has corrected identified the clips as widescreen. However, if I export if to Quicktime Movie then it always loses the anamorphic and comes out at 4:3
