you'll have to bring it back to the apple store for repair/replacement. Warranty services is done only in the country of purchase, so you'll need to bring you phone to a US apple store.

Since updating my iPad several weeks ago I can no longer open iTunes or view or read books on my bookshelf. I took my iPad to Apple at The Trafford Centre where I was advised to restore my pad. Most of your purchases content can be downloaded again via the Purchased tabs in each of the store. I realize that this will be a problem for the iTunes Store on the iPad, but that has nothing to do with apps, since apps are in the App Store.
If you backed up synced with iTunes before you restored the iPad, your content should be in iTunes on your Mac and you should be able to sync it back again. -

Hello and thank you for posting back. What it sounds like is the cable that connects to the screen from the motherboard has either come loose or has a issue after the fall.
To fix this it would have to be opened up and the connections checked. If there is an issue with the cable then it would have to be replaced. This will require either you opening up the system yourself and checking the connections and tha cable or sending it in for repair.

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 but my PC is not recognizing my CDRom and I cannot download the program. I tried copying the files on the program disc to my hard drive but get a message the installer will not work. I have the redemption code and serial numbers. Can I download the program online somewhere? If I download a trial version for instance will it allow me to enter my serial number and use it for the full program?

See if you missed anything:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
