I extracted it and then went into the folder called Itunes64setup. I saw the file called AppleMobileDeviceSupport64 in there so I began to try and download it on it's own. Well that didn't work as I planned and got this error message:
    Apple Mobile Device Support wasn't installed on your computer. The installer encountered errors before Apple Mobile Device Support could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To retry these operations at a later time,please run the installer again.
    Well I tried to run it again and came up with the same message...I see that some people got great support to help them so I am hoping someone can help me as well. I know "b nor" is very qualfied and hopefully can help me! Please advise what I can do. Thank you

    Not that I'm a Verizon employee, but I have experience in the field. An LTE tower will only extend up to, on a perfect day, with no elevation, 6-7 miles. On a typical day, you will be lucky at four (4) miles. The three ZIP codes you've given are all within about a 12 mile radius. That would mean that 2-3 towers are currently down at the same time, and Verizon would know about it within the hour. Being it's Cleveland, I'm sure they would receive numerous calls regarding an outage of that size.
    My point is that if you're having issues in all three ZIP codes, chances are it's a phone issue. If you're handset is simply not receiving LTE, but still receiving 3G, that would signify a SIM card issue. You need to get your SIM card replaced.

    I removed and reinstalled iTunes.  This resulted a problem during the install - "Apple mobile device" service failed to start.  After ignoring this a couple of times, the install continued, ultimately resulting in failure, and the R6034 message showing up twice, once associated with iTunes.exe and once with ITunesHelper.exe.
    Also got "iTunes was not installed correctly.  Please reinstall iTunes.
    Error 7 (windows error 1114)
    Can anyone help?

    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
    If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
    Reboot your computer.

    Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
    Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
    Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
    Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

    tried to download latest I-Tunes 11.1.4 update but got the message re " Apple Mobile  Device failed to start etc. Seems I am not the only one with this problem but getting frustrated as I have tried all the suggestions and now have no Itunes but plenty of money still on it.     Apple service centre employee told me that they do not have this 14 day offer in India.
    And My mac book pro is taken in by Service centre people to run test etc and I will be informed the next day if they accept it as a fault or not ?
    I feeling ridiculously bad.

    A workaround is to reinstall lazy apps, mostly for those that were restored but don't appear on notification center, eg. Whatsapp. In my case I have more than 500 apps installed.
    We need a correct solution for this problem.
    I also had this problem on the past moving from 4s to 5.
    And now from 5 to 5s.
    The only notifications working after restore in my iPhone are those from Facebook.

    The Apple rep tried both those ideas and both failed. The rep was connected to my computer so she
    could see my screen and show me exactly what to do. My iPhone (not ipad) never has synced photos to my computer,
    I have to use explorer to copy and paste or cut and paste them to my PC . It is the syncing back to my iPhone of only the much smaller selected photos that used to sync in itunes but now the itunes sync button cannot be clicked to make that happen. And the reason I only sync back selected photos is that my total PC pictures file is about 40 Gb. Also I find it a lot more useful to have a small number of folders ( no sub-folders of course) so I can quickly locate on my iPhone pictures from different categories such as family, autos, etc. None of this posed any problems for over a year until just recently. I am reading on other threads of many people with other iTunes syncing problems, and wonder now if it is the latest iTunes updates that are causing the problems? While I have tried removing and reinstalling iTunes on my PC, I don't know how or if you can, install a previous version?

    Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ?     If you go into the payment details section on your account then does it say anything about your card being declined or not accepter or if the security code needs re-entering ?

    Dear community, I'm experiencing a problem since 2 days, that if I sign in in my iTunes account with my Apple ID on my iPhone it doesn't show at the end if scrolling down the ID details and credit anymore. If I try to download songs I bought once but which are not on this device anymore, it asks me 3 times for the ID and password. I fill it in but at the end nothing happens. I see only in the middle a moving symbol.
    What can I do? Apple ID and password are correct . I canceled all settings but same as before.

  • I am so dissappointed with the Home Fusion. Does anyone have an email address where I can send a letter to customer service about my issue?

    Sales rep in store pulled up the map and told me "Yes you are totally in a 4G service area."  I knew I already had great connectivity thru my Jetpack but wanted the Home Fusion for at home. Installation was quick and easy, the installer was polite and courteous but did not tell me I had to purchase the insurance on the device less be responsible for any charges that occur if a tech has to come out and service it. Well, it worked for about 2 weeks and we had some storms roll thru our area and that was the end of my internet.  After two painful calls to technical support and 2 trouble tickets submitted with no results I was very frustrated and upset. I felt that I had no other option but to have the tech come out and "fix" or "swap out" the antenna. Now keep in mind that there was no physical damage to the Home Fusion Antenna or Router, so I couldn't understand why the Home Fusion wouldn't work. Turns out the tech that came out to my house told me flat out that it shouldn't have ever been installed. The original tech I recall his name being Eddie, should have told me that the signal for the 4G Home Fusion was very weak and that the area that I am in is not quite a 4G Home Fusion area, it's on the brink and probably will be soon but for now it's shotty at best. However, I had to hear this from the tech that came out to replace the antenna, the antenna that there was nothing wrong with(per Levi). If the original tech Eddie would have leveled with me I would have opted to add the service later when we were completely in the coverage area. I still would have ordered the service, I would have continued to be a happy customer. Levi Bishop is the name of the second tech that came out to the house. He was very honest with me that Verizon was having a lot of issues with techs installing the equipment when they really shouldn't  because of this issue, that Eddie is no longer with Verizon because of this.
    I am at a loss because I do not feel that I should have been billed for a tech to come out to tell me the 4G isn't up and running quite yet for my area. I feel like I was taken advantage since your technicians are the ones who have this information at the time of install yet they don't share this very important piece of information with us and just do the install because that's what they are paid to do.

    As I have posted before, You, and others having issues with Verizon would be much better off if you complained to the FCC and FTC as well as your Senators and Congressmen.  We, as individuals, have such small voices - use them where they might do the most good.
    Also, don't assume that Verizon doesn't monitor these postings, they actively do & sometimes contact those that post complaints.
