We would need to know the version of Mac OS you are running and the version of Photoshop you want to install.
The serial number is the tricky part. If you have no idea where you placed it and did not register your product with Adobe, your chances are very low of retrieving it.

Tap on the event to open the event. Click the 'Edit' button in the event bubble, then press the 'Delete Event' button at the bottom of the Edit pop-up. It's a little different for events that come through Microsoft Exchange, you tap the event to bring up bubble and click the 'Details' button, and then press 'Decline' to remove the event.

I do not have 'Iminent' in my list of programs to uninstall. I want rid of the thing ! HOW?

I have been using Firefox for several years and have enjoyed it, first off; however, I have become aggravated enough with the last 2 updates to ditch it, if it can't act right.
I have tired to uninstall that pesky Iminent search, followed instructions for removal, only to find it is NOT in my program line up so I cannot uninstall it !! What do I do now? Also with my last 2 updates or upgrades, I lost the very best program add on I had, "Norton Toolbar" !! It kept all my accounts ids log in information, and gave me info about the pages I was in doubt about. Now I have Norton 360, 5.0, have had it updated so I could run it on this 9. and 9.01, and it isn't even in the line up for add on. I was even using Firefox as my default most of the time, now there is no way I will with this going on.

Just this past week, I noticed that Firefox is not keeping my passwords. This is MADDENING. I'm on a Mac, but it seems many are having this issue. I don't see a solution given for this. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED??? I like FF the way is USED to be!

It seems Firefox has stopped retaining passwords. This happens with all of my accounts. I must fill in the password manually.
This password issue is not computer specific either. It happens on my G5 as well.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!

I also have a GPIB-SCSI-A box that I would like to run under Win98SE. Is there even an UNSUPPORTED DRIVER that we could use?

A response to another similar question indicates that NI does not have a "supported" driver for the GPIB-SCSI-A box under Win2000, etc. It does not indicate whether there might be an unsupported driver we can use. Something is better than nothing....

I'm not aware of any "unsupported drivers". However, http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/320427.pdf gives instructions on how to use this box. It might be possible to write a driver. However, this driver will not have a VISA passport, so most instrument drivers (ni.com/idnet) are useless. It's probably best to invest in a different controller.

The link MetropolisHotSeatContest_Rules_Regs_092911.docx is a docx document (looks like a ZIP archive) that needs to be opened by Word or another program that can handle it. The file is send as text/plain and that causes Firefox to open it as a text file in a tab. You need to right-click the link to that file and use "Save Link as" or hold down Alt and left-click the link to initiate a download dialog.

Such an alert is done via JavaScript. 
If it happens on every page then you may have malware. 
If it only happens on specific pages then it can be a script on that page.
You can disable JavaScript temporarily to make it possible to close that tab and then re-enable JavaScript.

Iran Malware antibytes and Spybot search and destroy after updating them both for the latest updates and so far not one of the pop ups .It is mid afternoon here in Australia and tonight will be the biggest test. Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
