I have been using iPod touch and iTunes with Windows XP - no problems. I now have a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium. When I try to sync the iPod with Windows 7 and iTunes it will not transfer all my photographs. What can I do?

When I tried to sync my iPod Touch with my new computer none of the photographs were synced. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. When I did it the first time the photographs were all muddled up in their albums. When I tried to sync again the photographs were all removed. On the third try I received an error message something like 'Unable to sync photographs program cannot be found.' Can anyone help. (It may be to do with Windows 7 and Libraries??)

where on my computer am I suppose to make the individual picture files and have them to upload on my ipod touch.... I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch..... Even when I use the "ask personal questions" option to verify and it asks me for my date of birth, I put it in and it still won't acccept.

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.

You need to restore you iPod to gedure the "other" to its normal of less than 0.5 GB. A restore from backup works if the large other is not in the backup. Make sure that you turn off outo syncing (iTunes>Preferences>Device and check the box that says Prevent iPOds....syncing. Otherwise, the backup will contain the other.

The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.
