I have changed my apple I'd email address so when I log in it is correct. But when my friend iMessage me it only works to my old email not my current one. How can I sort this out???
I changed my apple I'd email address and when I log in I use that email and the right password both work. But when my friend iMessage me it only works if they send it to my old email address not my new current one. How can ai change my iCloud and iMessage address?? To match my current one?
So have you changed the accounts in the iCloud and Messages Settings?
Settings > iCloud > Account
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive

My iPad 2 shows I have 7 apps that need to be updated and when I go into my App Store it won't pull up anything for my updates how can I fix this????

When i sync my ipod, i have noticed on the left hand side, under devices, my ipod, when i click on music, some of the songs are grey, and the others are black. The ones which are grey have a round circle with two arrows in. These are the ones which havent copied onto my ipod. I had no problem before until recently and all of a sudden! Can anyone please help me sort this out so that all my music will transfer onto my ipod, i have been trying for over a week!
Never mind, the problem just fixed itself when i searched for an artist that wasn't there. That was odd.

Podcast not able to download- EMERGENCY- how can I sort this out?
i'm not able to download any podcasts as all of the 'subscribe' and 'get episode' buttons next to the podcast are grey and are unaffected when i click them. COuld this be due to a lack of programming on my computer, or something else (I have added more money to my account but this hasn't had an affect)?
Any suggestions or experiences will be very much appreciated.

I work on the telephones at work and when I cannot get an answer from a customer I send them an e-mail asking them to contact me back at the office (missed call message). However I sent it to multiple recipients as I was in a hurry and did not click the bcc option to hide the customers mail addresses from each other by accident. They then marked the e-mails as spam and now my office thunderbird sends e-mails out but my customers call me saying they have not received any of the e-mails they have requested from our office. I would like to know if there is any way I can rectify this matter as it was just simply a mistake and because of this my business is suffering.
Talk to your email provider. They control their servers and what happens to your email.

My Mac Mini is running very slowly how can I sort this out?
I have a Mac Mini which is constantly backed up. I use it a lot for everything and run two email accounts - one gmail and one business. I appear to have only used 1/4 of the memory. I have looked at the activity monitor but it does not mean much to me I am afraid. Can anyone help?

My iTunes store freezes my entire computer when I try to use it. How can I sort this out?
When opening my itunes store, my entire computer freezes. In general my itunes works, allowing me to listen to my music still, but as soon as I enter the store my entire laptop freezes and I have to turn my laptop off manually. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, but this hasn't remedied the problem. Is there anything that can be done in order for me to use my itunes store again?

Nope, not strange at all. No system should try to be all things to all people.
Actually, there is a way to do this: After creating a group message, save the conversation and add new messages it when necessary.

I have just bought a 2011 iMac (2.5 ghz, 4gb) and logic express 9, and when i installed logic and tried to run it i had a message saying 'you can't use this version of the application logic express with this version of Mac OS X. How do i sort this out!? It is very frustrating as the main reason i have bought a mac is to use logic! Any help would be great as i am a complete novice when it comes to Macs!

I had the same problem as you. I used Software Update to update Logic Express to the latest version, and then it ran without any problems. -

There are two common causes for this issue; either the battery gauge needs recalibration, or the battery is dying. The one you can fix is to recalibrate:
When it shuts off charge for just a minute or two, then restart (hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears). Deliberately run the battery down until the phone shuts off at 1%. If it shuts off above 1% repeat the above until you get to 1%. Then charge for 4 hours with the wall charger without using the phone. This process will recalibrate the battery gauge.
To prevent this from happening again about once a month run the battery all the way down to 1%, then continue until the phone shuts off. Apple recommends this in their battery help article, but they don't say why you should do it. The have some hokum about "keeping the electrons moving." Honestly! The iPad battery tip gives the correct reason. -
I recently purchase an ipad2. I also have a mac laptop. Now, when I facetime call using my iphone to my ipad2 or mac, it states busy. how can i fix this problem? I have the same apple id e mail for both ipad2 and mac. it might be getting confuse now. I want to be able to face time also using my ipad2 to my laptop especially if one of the members of the family is traveling. Thanks.

I just purchase my ipad2 2 days ago. yesterday, there was a sound. today there is no sound. there is a sound only in movies and you tube and music. but no sound on all apps and keyboards. I look it up and seems like ther are few that have this problem. I called walmart coz I bought it there and they told me that they have not heard that before but if I can't fix it, just return it and exchange it with anew one since I have 14 days to do that. I tried rebooting it and still won't work. Should I just restore it?
