I have bought ipad mini. I have created apple id with rescue email id is gmail. email verification sent to rescue email address and verified email verification. I would like to download software and others from my apple id but message displayed" you have not verified email. Again resent verification, message displayed "you have previously verified. My apple id not displayed in box. your email verification sent to your apple id but sign in my apple id but inbox not displayed and no emai content. how i dowload from itune and istore.

As to your problem, try resetting the iPhone:

and then try downloading again. If that doesn't work, you may have to restore your iPhone:

You can't do this yourself; if desired, you can ask the iTunes Store staff if they'll do it, but they probably won't.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I finally backed up the iPad to the laptop and deleted everything on the iPad and restored from back up. That cured the problem.

Purchased apps are not in App Store anymore. Message states "You have not yet purchased any apps."

I just did a software update today and also changed my Apple ID password at the same time.
Now when I log in to the App Store, all of the apps that I previously purchased are gone.
They were there when I first went in to the store and as soon as I viewed my account information and then clicked back on the purchased tag, everything was gone and the message states "You have not yet purchased any apps."
Any suggestions?

Thanks Carolyn... I tried that but they are still not showing up. I ended up going to their support page and filled out a form with a description of the problem. I hope that I get a response soon.

I created my itune store in Thailand. However, i cant download some songs or tv show with my Thai Itune Store. What can I do to change it so that I can download songs and tv from USA.

I would like to download songs and tv shows from USA but i cant as i am using Thai Itune. What should I do so that I can download the songs i like?

You would have to see which type of things it is blocking. Most likely to do with copyright law of your country or where the content is alowed to be distributed. If it's a genuine problem you should maybe try using a proxy server though.

-If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com. Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE: This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
-If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address. Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

You need to be in a country to use its store - if you are not in the US with a US billing address then you cannot use the US store.

Aliases are merely another address within the same account, you won't see additional groups of settings for them. You should however see them as an option in the pull down "From" menu when you create an email.
