Can any one help I have itouch 8gb but have never had any use from it as it will not charge , have new pc but every time I try a port it says does not recognise what I'am getting just now is the wee plug into itunes sign ?

If you downloaded it, it's likely in your Downloads folder as a Disk Image .dmg. Just open it and intall Flash player and restart your browser. Everything should work.

Is this a notebook or a desktop? The only HP 500 I can find is this; which is a notebook.
If this is your computer then you should post your question in the HP Business Boards as this is an Enterprise product. Aprreciate help on this.To resolve this, you need to reconfigure the "Oracle Application Testing Suite Helper Service" (OATSHelperSvr) to start as a user who has privledges to run open script tests rather than the default SYSTEM user.
Reconfiguring the OATSHelperSvr Service:
1. Open the services panel (Start > Run > services.msc)
2. Find the Oracle Application Testing Suite Helper Service
3. Right Click > Properties then select the Log On Tab
4. Specify an interactive user that has rights to run OpenScript (test by logging in as that user and running tests):
5. Click OK
6. Restart the service after dialogs are closed by Right Click > Restart

Cannot get iPad 2 charged beyond 1%. All charging ports tried: AC adapter(s), USB 2 port on MacBook Pro. ITunes shows iPad only for a few seconds. iPad displays alternately: Apple logo, battery w/slim red band, then battery w/1% charged information. How can I get it to charge beyond 1% so I can proceed to troubleshoot?
I have had your exact problem with my old 3GS, now I cannot even get it to turn on, I still see that it is supposed to be charging though, but it never charges any so it seems.
I replaced the Lower Dock Connector Assembly back when it still charged while hooked to my PC, and it found it made no real difference.

I have Photoshop CS5 Extended and it says updates available but when i download the updates it says updates failed please try again later, i have tried a few times and get the same message any help would be great i am running 64bit on windows 8.

My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. Did you check your security software settings, to make sure iTunes can contact Apple servers during the restore process?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Type or copy paste the following:
