I have moved to Australia from the UK, but cannot buy from the Australian iTunes with my account. Please help.
I have a PC (bought in the UK) and an iPad (bought in Australia), but only buy songs from my PC.
It keeps directing me back to the UK store whenever I try to buy something - it is getting so frustrating! Any ideas or ways to fix this much appreciated.
Surely I don't need to create a whole new account?

I have recently updated my iphone 5 to ios 6.0.2 but wi-fi is still slow. It takes a lot of time to download the files. But web browsing is OK. I have downloaded an app size 8 MB but it take around 15 minutes on my wifi. Please help Apple.
I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
Cant copy music from library in itunes to my ipod - PLEASE HELP!!!
hey everyone im in fed up!
ok im not really any good at all this technical mumbo jumbo so im desperate for some help. my ipod has been working great till the last few days when i obviously did something to mess it up. among other problems my itunes wont transfer my songs from my library to my ipod - all that happens is it comes up with an unkown error (-36).
then when i went to the help page and looked up what this error means it said there was a problem with the music i bought from the itunes music store. but not all the songs im trying to transfer are from the music store, they are just from cds i have at home. so i tried only transfer music from cds and that didnt work either it came up with the same message - unkown error (-36). its so frustrating can anyone PLEASE help me!!!

Connect your iPod to your computer. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using a lot of the utilities your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. If you have any iTMS purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. The procedure is a bit involved and was written long before iTunes 7 or Vista so it requires a little adaptation, also it won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. This is just a selection, you'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos and games as well. Have a look at the web pages and documentation, they are generally quite straightforward but you'll need to check for Vista compatibility. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up in case you have problems again. External drives are comparatively inexpensive these days and you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay. -

Hi, I bought my iPhone in Canada but have moved to Australia. I need to speak with someone at Apple Canada what is the best way to do this? Is there is an e-mail address? When I call the Apple Canada number it says I can't call from my location.
In what way did you buy your iPhone? If you paid full price at the Apple Store then your phone should be provider unlocked and should work with practically any SIM card you choose to insert in it. If you bought it cheaper with a contract then it's provider locked then your best bet is to call your cellular provider in Canada. Be sure to note your IMEI number (Settings > General > About) as they're going to need it to do an unlock. Be aware they may or may not charge for this.

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then seeRecover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

How do i change the country of my credit card, ie it was registered in the UK and I have moved to Australia, but it won't change the region to Australia for me to put my new details in. It says that it must be a UK card...

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They can clear the remaining balance for you so you can change countries. You may, however, wish to just create a new iTunes Store account in the Russian store. Otherwise you may lose the ability to update any apps you purchased in the US store.

...Is there a fix?Help ma boab did you migrate over your applications and settings from your old computer? It does appear the installer was unable to create the Adobe Photoshop CS5 folder since your current User account did not have sufficient access to either modify they Applications or Adobe Photoshop CS5 folder if it already exists.
If you migrated/copied any files or applications from your old computer then I would recommend running the uninstaller from the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once you have uninstalled please run the CC Cleaner Tool prior to reinstalling Photoshop CS5. Please help!Until you get a UK bank account and credit card, buy and redeem UK iTunes gift cards for use in the iTunes and Mac App Stores. But you need to switch your region/country to the UK store in your account information, as you can't use UK iTunes gift cards in the Irish stores, the gift cards are country specific.

My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -
