If you registered PSE when you first installed it, go to the main page of adobe.com and look for My Adobe on the upper right side of the page. By working your way through the links there you should find your serial number.

I cannot. Did you check Apple's latest Lexmark drivers? Apple Lexmark Printer Drivers 3.0 was released a few days ago. Apple only packages drivers made by Lexmark. They do not make drivers. But if Lexmark created a compatible driver, then it may be in this new package. Otherwise, you will need to get a newer printer/scanner or a separate scanner.

It's more than likely broken, a part has failed. You need to take it to a Apple store Genius Bar to be checked out and fixed. Or just buy a new Mac as to fix the one you have might be cost prohibitive. Especially if your warranty has expired.

After downloading the PHSPCS3_Cont_WWE.exe, double click on it to extract the contents, probably to your desktop.
Then in the Goodies folder, Optional Plugins folder, you'll see the Kodak PhotoCD folder
Open that and copy the Photo CD.8BI to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11\Plug-Ins
Copy the profiles to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles

It sounds like you essentially have a new computer and unless you restored from a backup your iTunes library would be empty. You can transfer your iTunes purchases from your iPod to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
SInce you changed syncing computers. after you move the stuff you need to restore the iPod to factory defaults and sync the stuff back to your iPod. If you had the iPod backup file you could restore from backup.
If you have non-iTunes pruchases you can copy them to your computer by using one of the third-party programs discussed in this previous discussion:

Media and apps are not part of the backup. They need to be re-synced from your itunes library or re-downloaded from the store.

Have you tried deleting it from the iBooks app and redownloading it via the Purchased link in the ibookstore in the iBooks app ? Re-downloading.
If you have the same problem after re-downloading it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Having the app is irrelevant.
The ONLY thing that matters is whether "Find My iPhone" was enabled on the missing device before it was lost/stolen. If it was not enabled, there is nothing that can be done.
