I have to launch Explorer to get to Firefox, when I download and click finish, I receive message that Firefox must be closed to finish but Explorer is only app running.
I ensured that no tasks are running, then click Desktop icon for Firefox with no result. I go into programs and tell the program to "run" with no result. I then launch Explorer to get to Firefox, hit download, go through the process. When I hit finish, I receive message reading "Firefox must be closed before finishing."

I get error 1004 when im downloading and or buying
i cant seem to download apps nor music it keeps giving me error 1004 and I cant find a straight number to call either.
im new to ipod its a gift and do not know my operating sys nor much else about it as wellI would suggest changing your anti virus program so it does not scan mail. It does not scan mail in the browser.

Computer is a desktop running Windows Vista. IE will not open either saying "there is a problem and shutting down". My laptop with Firefox 3.6 works fine.

I am using a Mac and have installed Adobe Reader for Mac, latest version. I cannot access the End User Licensing Agreement. I clicked on it and it gives me a message that I must launch Adobe, check that I agree, close and reopen. The problem is I can't find any way to launch Adobe because it appears nowhere on my launch pad, nor in my document files or on the control panel. Because of this, I cannot print bank statements nor can I get into my insurance companies billing department to make a payment. HELP!

I can't download "Acrobat" I get a message that Firefox has disabled. How do I get around this?
I have tried to download "Acrobat" several times to no avail. I need this program for several applications (i.e. bank, etc.) When I tried it today I saw the message that Firefox has disabled. What do I do now?

During update my ATV2 displayed icon to connect to iTunes. Now I have nothing -- can't even get to menu to do restart and ATV2 doesn't show up in iTunes menu to do restart from there. Help!

Did you follow the steps exactly in order to restore? disconnect all cables, open iTunes, then connect micro usb

... I should be able to use iBooks. However, I can't. When I try to download the app I get the message that I must upgrade to iOS7 - but then Apple's website won't let me download that either. So far, I have managed to download a book to iTunes on my PC, but I cannot get it to sync with my iPod, although I have synced music, a video and a few other apps. I cannot seem to find a solution to my problems with iBooks or iOS7. Please advise.

PS I also cannot get the app for Podcasts.Having the same issue here. I unfortunately purchased a book on iTunes, then went to download iBooks, but can't due to their recent update/upgrade. My kids iTouchs are all 6.1.5 , So I'm guessing that if you did not have iBooks previously purchased that you are now S.O.L. if you want to read a book on your iPod??
I am rather frustrated that I spent money on a book that they can't read.

I'm trying to get itunes up and running on new computer. I have lots of music I've purchased from Itunes...and they show in my account. But only some of them have the cloud next to them. The rest say "downloaded" and it won't let me download them again.
I believe that all audiobooks are supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time only download. I have pre 08 iphotos saved on disk. When I try and open the disk in I photo on macbook pro I get the following message Unreadable file, The following file could not be imported.(The file is in an unrecognized format)
Here's a test you can run:
1 - copy a set of photos from the disk to a folder on the desktop.
2 - download and unzip the Automator workflow Convert to JPG and Embed sRGB profile. You can download it from Toad's Cellar.
3 - select the files in the folder and drag and drop onto the workflow app.
4 - try to import the resulting files.
