I have downloaded "bust a marble" from the apple apps; the icon shows up but the game will not load or play.

You should try restarting your iPod by holding the lock button until a "slide to power off" bar appears at the top, slide then trun it back on by holding the lock button until the apple logo appears. If this doesn't work then try to download it on iTunes and then sync it to your iPod.

I have installed Creative Cloud Desktop but it fails to load. The icon shows up in the bar at the top right but then it just disappears. I am running Yosemite on a MacBook Pro.

I downloaded and installed Creative Cloud Installer and installed the Creative Cloud desktop on my MacBook Pro running Yosemite. The Creative Cloud desktop tries to install when the system starts and the icon actually shows in the top bar briefly and then disappears shortly after it shows up so it is obviously failing to load. I have tried multiple times to no avail.

do you mean in my system library? or where can I find it?

Vanb38462666 or Daniel do either of you have a Library/Input Managers folder? If so what do you have inside that folder?

I first thought I needed a new battery because the lights at the back are all off, but shouldn't the computer turn on once the power adapter is hooked up and the light on the Magsafe adapter shows green? I have tried to download Mt. Lion and twice it has failed. The third time the icon appeared and waiting to download, but it never occurred. I have purchased the upgrade but have yet to successfully download it. What is happening?

I recently purchased the Mt. Lion upgrade and have tried to download the system software but each time, there was a problem. The first was an error message 404, and I had to retry downloading. The second time it downloaded to the halfway point and then stopped. The third time I continued to wait for the downloading process to begin and it never did.

I am trying to open a file that was e-mailed to me in the PDF format, when I click on it, the icon shows ''connecting'', but doesn't open the file are allow me to save it to my computer so I can open it with Adobe Reader, what else can I do??

My suppliers e-mail me a copy of my monthly statements which is so much better than using snail mail, but since I have started using Mozilla Firefox, I can't seem to get them to open nor will it allow me to save them to my computer. Do you have any idea why this would do this??

Have you looked at the [[Opening PDF files within Firefox]] Knowledge Base article? There are a couple of different PDF plugins listed in the article. I'd suggest you give those a shot. You might also want to take a look at [[Using the Adobe Reader plugin with Firefox]].

These alerts occur due to timeouts or conflicts trying to write a file during download.
If you encounter this issue while while downloading something from the iTunes Store:
Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:
Mac OS X:  ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads Note: "iTunes Media" may appear as "iTunes Music. Also, the tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
After locating your iTunes Downloads folder:
Quit iTunes.
Delete the Downloads folder on your computer.
Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
Enter your account name and password.

Even though IBook states download and I have the icon for the book in my library when I try to open the book I get the message, " It is formatted incrrectly, or is not a format that iBooks can open". Mavericks downloads into the Applications folder, where you can install it. Some Mac App Store Troubleshooting information and how to resume a download that was interrupted; some of the information here might get you an answer. Failing that, try contacting Apple Support.

Sfasolo it appears you are installing Photoshop Elements as opposed to downloading Photoshop Elements. What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.

I recently purchased FaceTime from the Application Store. After approx. ±10 meg, the application resets and starts downloading again. I have tried to download it at different times of the day but with the same results. I have been in contact with Apple support and have tried different options with the same result. I cannot download a new Version because in my Purchased List the applicaiton (FaceTime) is still there, and because I have halted it it tells me to resume. I can’t, because the same thing is going to happen. I have tried all the various troubleshooting tips supplied by my ISP and also Apple Support with no luck. I am currently working on a IMac OS 10.6.7. Has anybody got any ideas? Any suggestion would help. Thanks

The film is still queuing in the downloads list. I've tried edit and delete but that doesn't work. I also can't re-download the film from iTunes.

Repair youe Apple Software Update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install.
If you don't find ASU in All Programs, go to Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs.
