I have Windows XP professional installed. Firefox download does not start. I keep clicking on links and icons and I keep going in the circle on your web site.

I have Windows service pak 3 installed. Also IE and AOL.
Step 1. When I click on icon to download Firefox nothing happens so
step 2. I click on link below :"if dowload not starting".
step 3 Then I am redirected to the other page to click on icon that goes to step 1
Full circle for the last week every day tried at least once.
Please help.

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Node Manager installed as service does not start managed servers. WLS 10.3

I have installed the node manager as a windows service. When the service starts up it does start the managed servers.
In the nodemanager.log file it shows that the node manager is reading the startup.properties file for all of the managed servers.

First of all, I assume you mean "... up it does NOT start ..."?
It might be helpful to point out that the purpose of the NodeManager is not to start the servers, but to "control" the servers through remote commands. When the NodeManager starts back up, it tries to reset the servers to the last known state it set them to, based on remote commands.
For instance, if your system was running and you stopped the servers through the admin console and then restarted the machine, the NodeManager would not start the servers on machine startup, because the last controlled state of the servers was down. If all of your WebLogic servers were running as a result of NodeManager commands, and you pulled the plug on the box, when you restarted the machine, the NodeManager probably would restart the servers.

Firefox does not start when I click, but consume a lot of resourcein task manager

Since a few days, when I click Firefox, it does not start anymore (browser Windows does not appear anymore).
Also, I noticed that after I click, my computer makes a lot of noise et becomes slow & gets almost blocked: I can see that in the task manager/processes, firefox is there and consume a lot of memory ressources.

Thanks for you reply. What you propose me is to create a new profile and transfer the files from the old profiles to the new.
I am not interested by this option as I want to keep my current profile as I am using programs working on this profile and also have Firefox working on this profile.
But I have a new information which might help. I did not see it during my last tentative but after a few minutes after Mozilla launch, there was like a bug report which were generated.

"waiting" in itunes. the download does not start.

I have bought and paid for movies in itunes. Now is it just "waiting" in itunes. the download does not start. what do I do?

re: quantization.
Logic can do a "soft" quantize as it's recording, by soft I mean playback MIDI data is quantized for both audio and visuals (piano roll), but if you turn quantize off you will see your notes as you played them.
Select a MIDI track, softsynth or external, in the upper left corner of the Inspector is a Quantize value. Click and hold to see what's available.
While you're there, make sure the Delay value is set to zero.
Also make sure that Preferences/Audio "Recording Delay" is set to zero.
And last, (very important.)
Delete the Logic 10 preferences file AND the shared control surfaces file.
In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder from the menu.
Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field.
Press the Go button.
Remove the com.apple.logic10.plist file from the Preferences folder. Note that if you have programmed any custom key commands, this will reset them to the defaults. You may wish to export your custom key command as a preset before performing this step. See the Logic Pro User Manual for details on how to do this. If you are having trouble with a control surface in Logic Pro.
then delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file from the preferences folder.
Make sure and remove both files.

Install Firefox that does not update

Our company is moving to VDI (VMware View). In this process we would like to make Firefox our default browser. All of the users are not local admins, and therefore all updates end in errors.
Is it not possible to install a firefox that does not tjeck for updates? I beleve that this is a users specific setting, so when a user i assigned a mashine, this setting is set for the user. I need the firefox, not to update, for all users.

I see you're using FIrefox ESR. If that Firefox doesn't have this functionality don't think there is another one that implements this.

Why Premier pro downloading does not start on my PC laptop.

Firefox download does not give a global icon on the desktop. There is an orange box with a slot labelled firefox. I cannot install firefox.

I am using an iMac with system 10.6.8 and a Safari browser. When I download the firefox program, I do not get the usual global firefox icon. I get a rectangular box with a slot at the end and the label "Firefox". If I transfer this icon to my Applications folder, this icon becomes an alias which cannot be transferred to the Dock. How can I install Firefox?

Firefox 4 does not start but I can see Firefox.exe in Windows Task Manager, nothing in Applications

I am on Window 7/32bits machine. When I start Firefox 4 nothing loads. I looked into Windows Task Manager, I can firefox.exe in the processes but nothing in Applications.
Here are few things I have tried but didn't work for me.
- Restarted Computer and tried to open Firefox, waited for half an hour nothing happens.
- did 'End Process' in Windows Task Manager, Processes and tried in again
- reinstalled into different folder and tried to run from there, still the result is same.
Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue.

I've been having problems installing Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 Trial in Adobe Download Assistant. When I click Download it doesn't load up, even for 10 min it still doesn't load up. I click it again and it gives me an error like this:
I restarted it and everything, I even went on the Adobe website for the Dreamweaver download and downloaded it from there, It never works. I think that Adobe Download Assistant is ruining everything, I hear that a lot of people have prolems downloading from it too. I have a Windows 7: Home Premium Operating system and I really need help downloading this!

AnonDexi I would recommend starting with Solution 4 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_4. If you still have problems then also try completing Solution 1 as well.
Also when initiating the download please select your User Folder, which is the default, or your desktop.
