I installed Photo deluxe 4.0 on my new computer running windows 7. It won't boot up. I can't find new drivers online and I can't uninstall it either. What should I do?

I just set up a new computer running Windows 8.1. When I go to my icloud photostream, the pictures are in PNG format NOT JPG. When I open and upload photos from the photostream, the resolution is so low that the image quality is terrible. Help?!?
Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. when I try to upload the latest version of iTunes, it tells me to enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package iTunes.msi. What does this mean as I can't seem to find any such folder and now I cannot uninstall Itunes either

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

old computer is offline, so if I have to make a copy of something hopefully it can be done offline.

If your printer is not compatible with Windows 8.1, you can try to install the driver in Windows 8.1 compatible mode, otherwise, you have to contact the manufacturer to ask for the update driver for Windows 8.1.

Installed FCP7 on a brand new mac running lion, Now FCP won't boot.
Just got a new mac quad running the latest version of lion. When i start FCP7, it's gets to the splash page, asks me to select a deck, then when I hit continue, it just quits out. Any suggestions? I have done the simple restart and tossed out preferences.

Already tried adding Bookmarks toolbar, looking at Bookmarks sidebar, opening bookmarks pane. Don't see the "From Internet Explorer" file anywhere. Help appreciated!
If you have problems with importing the IE Favorites in Firefox then export the Favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.<br />
That way you also preserve any sorting that you may have done in IE with the Favorites.
* Export the favorites in IE to an HTML file (bookmarks.html): File > Import and Export
* Import the HTML file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML: From File

I don't know what I did, but Aperture no longer sees my HD as online, and I can't get my photo versions since the HD is not online. I see it in Finder and can see the original files and even copy them from Finder, but Aperture no longer recognizes the HD, and when I try to work with the picture, it doesn't let me because it says that the master is in a volume that's offline. Does someone know how to fix this?
Just to clarify:
Does Aperture not see the drive at all (that is, does Aperture also not see the drive in the import and export dialogue) or are only the Master Files disconnected?
If Aperture does not recognize the drive at all, check the permission settings of the drive in the "Get Info" panel and make sure you have read/write access, also the "Ignore ownership on this volumn" checkmark, this should be set.
If correcting the permissions does not help, make sure you have a backup, and then use "Disk Utility" to run a check and to repair the volumn, if necessary.
If Aperture can see the drive on import and export, but only does not see the master image files, then try to reconnect your masters.
Create a smart album or use a Search with the rule: "File status: offline", to select all images that need reconnecting to their masters.
Right click on the first image of the selection.
From the Pop-up window select "Locate referenced Files..."
Now the "Reconnect All" button should appear.
Click it. -

I did exactly what you wrote, and when trying to click the vcf file on the iPhone the screen freezing, and then after few long seconds it goes alon to home.
So I tried less contacts in a Vcard, and i'm dividing my address book, doing little by little and it work.

Before you restore the iPod from the backup that Dave had you make yu have to transfer stuff from the iPod to the computer since the backup does not contain the apps themselfes, music, synced phots and some other stuff. To see what a backup contains see:

You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.
