My iphone 4 has stopped working...the lock button IS working...when it stopped working it had a 50% battery remaining...it was working when I last used it and when I returned it had a blank screen....it will now not charge or connect to itunes when plugged into the computer and it will not charge on the plug socket....I think the last iOS op system updated was 5.1.1....please helpTry holding both home and power buttons until apple logo appears (ignore on/ off slider) and then let go. The CPU usage is 99% everytime I start firefox. When I open help tabs in the browser to troubleshoot the problem the cpu goes down to normal.How am I supposed to troubleshoot the issue if the last resort is as simple as uninstalling firefox?

Reading your comments I do not see that rolling back to an insecure Firefox 22 will actually help you much. You are probably best using IE, unless you have also damaged that.

You should not use old versions they are insecure. Security fixes are publicised and exploitable.

Most others will not be having such problems. We are now able to say that with confidence because after developers missed a regression in Firefox 4 telemetry was introduced so that data was obtained. It may be an idea to turn on your telemetry, if you have not already done so, and decide to stick with Firefox.

Trying safe mode takes seconds. Unfortunatly if you are not willing to do even rudimentary troubleshooting there is not anything we can do to help you.

My company uses Final cut pro 7 and I have to know if we can try Final cut pro X on one of our G5 and, in the case of we can't switch to FCPX, if we can use FCP7 again without re-initialise it. Thanks

My home page opens in the initial FireFox window, but new tabs open with a blank page. To get to my default page I have to click "home", but now it's way over on the other side of the page.
Can I set a default for new tabs?right click on the control bar and choose "adapt" (or something like that). A window will pop up. Ignore that window and move the home button to the place you want it ''on the control bar''

I use 'numbers" to create an invoice which I previously exported(prior to recent updating) to Exel to enable me to send it to my employer. When I try to do this now I get an file extn XLSX and the number content I placed on the invoice is different ( as if the file is corrupted)...can anyone help please ?

since installing latest update,when using internet,email everything has slowed down and is taking long to go to websites to upload pictures to emails.
also when i click on an email link to send email the tab bar keeps refreshing and opening a new tab very quickly all i can read cos its going so fast is mailto this has happened several times on various websites,i clicked on a email us link on grangerhertzog.com yesterday and it did it.You get that problem if you select the Firefox program to handle a file if you get an "open with" dialog.

I just downloaded Acrobat XI Pro trial version - Expired?
I just downloaded Acrobat XI Pro Trial Version and the first time I try to open something it says my trial period has expired but I JUST ENROLLED. I am needing to upgrade from 9 Pro - hated 10 Pro and would love to try 11 pro before I make a mass purchase for my company.
Since you are at a company, I suggest you try the trial on another computer. Be careful if you have another version installed as XI may uninstall that one or mess it up.

I have tried downloading and installing the Adobe Pro DC trial on 2 different browsers and it keeps generating an "unexpected error". I have a MAC. How is this troubleshooted and fixed?

I would recommend you to try and install the Acrobat DC trial referring the following links .You could choose any of the following .Also make sure you disable all the third party software before you commence the installation .
