Hi. I just purchased a subscription to call the UK for $6.99 USD / Mo. Once my account displayed that the subscription had been delivered I made a call to this number inside the UK, 845XXXXX, which belongs to a large charitable organization. I am fairly sure, because it is a large organization, complete with offices, that I was not calling a cell phone. They must have a regular phone system capable of switching calls. I was forced to buy more Skype Credit as a result of getting disconnected. Any help is appreciated. Blessings, Mark.

Luckily, the also use Skype so we can communicate Skype to Skype now so that it will not use up my Skype credit Who knows, maybe I will have reason to call the UK often this month so that I get to use my subscription There is one other place with whom I had wished to make an enquiry. Not sure if you can just upgrade as you have to cross platform too. Best to ask Adobe CHAT. You might need to refund and start again.

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on May 29th 2015.
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. iTunes the software is a free download. Do you mean you bought a subscription to iTunes Match? If so, what do you mean that your music did not transfer to your second computer. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible so we can better help you.

Install Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Partition and Format the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion. Mavericks: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet
if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
This will install the version of OS X that originally came with your model if you have a model that supports Internet Recovery - 2010 models and later: Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery.

You can't transfer any purchase to the cloud yourself, whether a TV programme/series will show in the cloud for redownloading in the future depends upon what country that you are in (TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries), whether you move countries (you can't redownload purchases made in another country) and if the rights-holder keeps them in the store (they occasionally remove their items).
As you bought it on your laptop then you could turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Videos (under 'show all') 'on' on your iPad and it might show in the Videos app on it with a cloud icon against it for streaming/redownloading (it might also show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app for refownloading whether or not you turn that 'on') - but that depends upon your country and only whilst it remains in your country's store. Similarly if you delete it from your laptop and tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences it might show in the TV Shows part of your library for redownloading (and whether or not you tick that it might show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for redownloading).
But you should be taking a backup copy of it, and anything else that you download from the stores, there is no guarantee that you will be able to redownload any item.
