I just updated my iphone and my apps won't work

I just updated my iphone to iOS5 and now my apps don't load. The screen blinks but nothing else happens. I tried rebooting but that didn't work.

I'm also having the same problem. Supposedly you need to remove the app from your phone and retrieve it from your computer. I haven't tried it myself. Just started reading posts and finding the best solution. It also might just be a case that the app itself has not been updated to the new iOS. Only time will tell I suppose.

Yes, connect to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed and restore it. If it doesn't show up in iTunes when you connect it see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

Thank you for clarify I'm supposed to read the ENTIRE article. I thought I was just supposed to read the title and magically everything will fix itself. I appreciate you taking the time to help me however I do not appreciate the caps and the way you have addressed the situation. I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Now that mobile me is gone, I have not been able to go between devices to transfer things.
