I keep getting a popup that redirects me to candy crush and ultimately the iTunes Store. How do I get rid of this?

I keep getting a popup that I can't close and then redirects me to play candy crush. How can I stop this?

Not sure I follow this. I was attempting to upload The Google Docs app, and Candy Crush Saga appeared on my apps home screen. No matter what I do, it won't go away. I can't get to the home screen any more, and I can't upload any other apps.
