i watched this happen several times...i requested an email notification from wordpress over and over to see if i could click on the email in inbox fast enough to open it before it went to never neverland but nada. could not be done. i turned off the junk mail sorter in preferences. even though it was not to be found in junk mail on my mail app or icloud mail or iphone nada...what else is dissappearing?

Delete the email. The zip file will have no effect on your iPhone.

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.

A while back I made a gamecenter account that was not associated with an Apple ID, it was with my email, now my gamecenter account IS my Apple ID. I want to delete it and make a new one, but i can't figure out how. Help!
Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

Help! FR find itune library from another account, not mine!

Well, after troubleshooting here in the Front Row forum for a year, I've never seen that problem from anyone else. That's why I don't think you're going to find much support here. AppleCare Support will charge you $49 (in the U.S.) to troubleshoot a software issue after 90 days. I'm not sure what the charge is in Canada. You could buy an AppleCare Protection Plan (you can anytime within the first year of purchase) and then get free telephone support for software issues, like this.

When I call someone using FaceTime from my mac, they can see me but not hear me. Is there something I need to do to make this happen? I also have an iPad 2 and FaceTime works great on it if I call somebody. Why no sound from my mac FaceTime using a mac pro and isight camera, mike combo.

Try turning down the speak volume (System Preferences->Sound->Output->Output Volume) or the microphone gain (System Preferences->Sound->Input->Input Volume). Do this on both sides of the call. -

You don't get a choice. If you decide to update, your phone will be updated to the latest iOS version available for your phone. For you, that's iOS 7.0.4.

If the iCloud account you are trying to delete is old ID that was later updated to change it to your current ID, you can go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now, if desired, you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

As of the Upgrade to Lion,. 2007 I-Mac - the Email portion, .. DOES NOT allow a Video Clips to be sent via the Email
as the I-Photo is not supported by Video Clips ( Previous Leopard )
No problem clip and drag via Quick Time Pro to the email and select the Attchment size to send. . Depending on the
Size of the Video Clip .. Now Lion only Export's 1 size, . only and as a result . . teh File is TOO Large and
Will NOT send via E-Mail ???
Between the Issue of the Lion, and Email issues , and the Upgrade of I-Touch to 5.1 from 4.2.1
as my Photo Size is Huge .. 70,000 + photos in the Computer. . and was 40,000 in the I - Touch .. .
The New I-Touch too will not Load the same as Previously used on either my 16 GB or 32 GB Unit . .
No Help . .. so far, .. as a Apple user since 1996 .. I have Never experieanced such frustration ???

I forgot my password and am trying to reset my ipod, but it won't work.It says that my ipod is in recovery mode and that I must restore it. I click ok, and then click on restore and update. Then it says connecting ipod software update server and a screen pops up with ipod software update on the top and iOS 5.1. It lists a bunch of stuff this update contains and on the bottom it says next, which I click and nothing happens, it just goes back to the ipod restore page. Help, what am I doing wrong?

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer.
Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. Randomly when I plug my Iphone 4s into Itunes it will tell me that it can't detect my phone and that I need to restore it. It doesn't happen every time, but maybe every two weeks.I restore it and then it works for a while, but then a couple weeks later I'll plug it in and I get the same message again. It's very frustrating because even though I have all the settings to save to cloud, my apps and data don't all come back.

I suppose I should have prefaced my question with the concern that I've read a number of other posts from people who have had a similar issue and when they tried to follow the directions, they ran into a multitude of other problems. My iphone4 has been stuck on the connect to itunes logo for a few hours. I connected it to itunes and it says that the iphone is on recovery mode and that I need to restore it to use it with itunes. I'm afraid that if I restore it I will loose everything help please!!
AT this point whatever data you have on yoru phone is already gone since it is in recovery mode.
However you can restore from your backup, when your phone reboots from recovery.
YOu do have a backup right? -
My iPhone will not send an iMessage. It sends everything as SMS. I have ensured that my Apple ID is signed in and that my phone number is enabled for use in both FaceTime and iMessage
I had the same problem. I went in and added my email address to iMessage and deleted the text to my friends that have iPhones and sent another to test it and it worked. Only thing is now my non iPhone friends don't receive my pic text. I had to turn off iMessage for it to work. Apple needs to fix this ASAP!

I have an ipod that is synced with an old PC, and now I have a Mac and I want the ipod to sync the photos on it with the Itunes on my Mac, but it says it was synced with another ipod. How can I accomplish this?
Is it the same user/iTunes account or...?
Syncing to a new computer should give you the opportunity to replace the exisiting contents with the new. -
I am having problems to run logic pro 9, there is an error display that says I need to set bonjour and that this app serial number has been used by another red user, could anybody guide me? actually, my computer can't start since three days ago, could it be the same problem?
Logic is the APPlication (program, app) that you are having the problem with.
Logic Pro can take advantage of other computers on your local (home or work) network to help it do "heavy lifting" data chores by using Bonjour and a feature called Nodes. It seems that Logic is attempting to find and connect to another machine on your network.
Do you have Logic installed on another computer there? That may be the source of the confilict.
You might want to post this question in the Logic Pro Community.
Be sure to indicate the version of Logic Pro that you are using. I'm sure the folks there can help you out.
