I'm supporting an old couple's PC with a valid licensed Photoshop Album 2.0 install. Moving to a different photo management system is not a possibility for many reasons. However, v2.0 has serious limitations with email support. I'd like to get them updated to the latest version Adobe produced for Photoshop Album which I believe is v3.2. How do I get the installer for this obsolete product?

Lost Photos in Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2
My email stated that my photos were transfered to Revel. Only one photo switched. The rest are stuck at Adobe Photoshop Album starter edition 3.2. I can see my photos are sitting there but are stuck behind the product registeration looking for a product unlock code. This product stopped being supported in 2009. So, I have no unlock code. I was able to access my photos in the beginning of May but now that it transfered to Revel, they are being held hostage.
Files were only copied from Photoshop.com to Revel, not from any other place. You may try this link to see if you can unlock your other files, and then you can upload them to Revel from your hard drive:

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

sp2 (x86)) works for windows xp. But we are facing an issue while we install prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86)) not working in windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit operating system. We have added prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86))
using visual studio 2010.While we install prerequisite (sql server 2005 Express sp2 (x86)) in windows 7 we getting error like " Prerequisite check for system component SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2 (x86) failed with the following error message:

Can anyone recommend a duplicate file finder application for OS10.6 systems? All the apps I find on the App Store are only for 10.7 and later. I don't know how to filter a search on the App Store by operating system (if this is even possible). I currently have a MacBook running OS10.6.8. If you can recommend an app, please post the URL. i have lost my installation disc for my copy of photoshop, i still have my serial number. Is it possible to somehow to get a download link, what the best way to install it on another computer.
Not sure about the student edition, which I have never used, if they binaries are different or not, but you could try.

All recent PS trials are Extended versions, where the serial number determines whether you get the extended features or not. -

I need help with my album starter. I can see the pictures in the computer but i cannot retrieve it.. I need to get it back because my husbands surgery in there and my sons 21st birthday It's very important to get those pictures. I tried calling the phone support however they couldn't help me coz they no longer support it.. they advised me to download the 3.2 and took a very long time to download it because I'm on a dial connection. Still the 3.2 did not worked. Please help me out retrieving those pictures.There are lots of posts here about unlocking problems. Have you looked through them? There should be some help there.

I have an original version of Photoshop CS3. I run Windows 7 (32 bit) on my PC. After a recent (±2 months ago) update/upgrade by Microsoft of Windows 7 (32 bit) on my PC, I lost all functionality of the Photoshop software despite the fact that I have been running Photoshop CS3 on Windows 7 for the past 2 years without any problems. I uninstalled the software from my PC and tried to re-install it again. It would not re-install. After I press the software “setup” function to install the software, a window appears and a blue band runs across it, but then everything disappears from the screen again without leaving any message as to why the software would not install.
I have been informed by Adobe Helpdesk that Photoshop CS3 does not run on the Windows 7 OS. Due to previous experience that Photoshop CS3 had in fact run on my PC on Windows 7, I find it totally strange that I could not install the software again.
In fact the, same version of Photoshop CS3 is currently running without any problems on my laptop under Windows 7 (64 bit).
Please help if you can.
