I lost my iPhone 4. as the Location services were off, is there any way to track my phone?

i lost my iphone 4. i had not kept the location services on. can i track my iphone via IMEI or anything else? please let me know ASAP. i am very worried about it.

If you did not activate Find my iPhone when you set up the iPad/iPhone, there is no way of tracking them. Having installed the Find my Phone app is not necessary and it is irrelevant as that app is for tracking other lost iDevices.
Log in to your iCloud account via the iCloud website. Do you see the stolen devices? Do the show up on the device list? If so, the Find my Phone is active and you will be able to track them if they connect to the internet. If not, they are gone.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.
If the device is wiped by you or another, you may not be able to locate the device (although some have reported they can)

If you enabled Find My iPhone, you may be able to track it by logging in to icloud.com, click on Find My iPhone and seeing if the phone's location is listed.
If you did not enable Find My iPhone, there is no way to try to track your phone.

On your Mac, login to iCloud.com, & try to locate your phone. This requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before you lost it. It also requires your phone be turned on & connected to the Internet. There is no other way to locate a lost iPhone, other than physically looking for it.

The only way to locate any lost/stolen iPhone is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. No. The only way to locate it is with Find my iPhone. If location services is off, you can't locate it.

Posting your phone number in a public forum is not smart.
If you had enabled "Find My iPhone" prior to the device being lost, you may be able to track it via iCloud.com. This assumes the device is powered on, the SIM has not been removed or replaced, and the device has not been restored.

Was the content not synced with a computer previously? If it was, simply re-sync with that computer.
Syncing an iDevice to a new computer will do exactly what you describe above as this is not the way to move content to a new computer.
