I lost my iphone 5 yesterday and i tried using find iphone and i found it offline. What is best to do? Please help me. Thank you..
If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, or you don't have a backup, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device.

Can I track a lost iPhone without having set up and turned on the tracker on iclouds?
Would apple be able to locate the lost phone by using the serial number?
Many thanks! No Apple won't be able to track it.

TS4006 I lost my iPod how can I track it even though its offline
I'm in Mexico and I lost my iPod
I signed in to iPod tracker but my iPod is offline how may I track it- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod and wifi is on and connect go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and and go to FIndMyiPhone. You can also wipe it and have it play a sound. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- Apple will do nothing

I lost my ipod in my house and ive torn the house apart looking for it. I never enabled the Find My iPod Touch thingy because i never knew about it. Is there any way i could still make it make a sound or track it down to a point. I really need to find it, this is the first new ipod touch ive ever had and i havent even had it for a year. I have no clue where it is and i need to find it.
No. Find my iPod touch is the only way to track it. When updating to iOS 5.0, you were asked if you wanted to use Find my iPod touch, and the only way to get past that screen is to select Yes or No. In order for you not to have it, you must have selected No.

I have my new apple tv connected to my tv with an hdmi cable, but nothing appearing on the screen. any suggestions?
I just fixed mine by following the steps in this article http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/archives/aug14/080814.html
Basically, turn off file sharing, remote sharing etc... in apple preferences and it worked. Apple support didnt help and told me to take back the device ! I initially restarted, rebooted, reset apple tv, updated, unplugged everything including the router- unchecking the sharing boxes in preferences is the only thing that worked. -
I replaced the computer I originally used to synch my iPhone. When trying to update to iOS5.0, I get the message stating that my content will be erased, even though this is the computer I now synch my phone with. Is there a way to make the update recognize the new computer so that my content will be kept?
The best option is to copy your entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one using one of the methods described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527. This will allow iTunes on your new computer to recognize and sync with your phone without deleting content. You will also need to copy over any other synced data not in your iTunes library such as photos synced to your phone, calendars and contacts.
If you can't do this, these articles will help you start syncing with your new computer with minimal or no data loss:
Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive

I lost my iPhone 5 yesterday at the mall what do I do? How do I get it back.
IF you turned on Find My iPhone, log in to iCloud at www.icloud.com with your AppleID and password. Put the phone in lost mode. If the phone is connected to a network and has power, it will show on a map, and you can put a message on the screen for the person who has it to contact you.
If you didn't turn on Find My iPhone, There is nothing that can be done at this point except notify the mall's lost and found, and possibly the Police in case someone turns it in. -

I bought a iPhone 6 yesterday and I restored my iPhone 6 from my iTunes back up. After my phone restored from back up. When I plug my iPhone 6 it's still saying my iPhone 6 is new and still giving me the restore from a back up or set as a new iPhone option. But I already have it restored. How come it's not giving me any option to cancel.
Click set up as a new iPhone. It will associate the device with your library without clearing the content that you have already loaded onto it.

I dropped my iPhone 5s yesterday and then I picked it up but I couldn't unlock it. I have a password but only half of the screen is working I couldn't press anything on the right half. So I turned it of and on but it is still the same. The screen look perfectly fine but I can press the numbers 3 6 9 or cancel
Take it to your closest Apple store and have them look at it.

I bought the iPhone 6 yesterday and am having connectivity issues
I bought the iPhone 6 yesterday and over the course of the last 26 hours, I've had issues with my phone connecting to data coverage. I can make phone calls and send texts but my most used apps (Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, even the App Store) won't load because they can't connect. Shutting down and restarting the phone has resolved the issue but I don't think that's a suitable resolution long-term. The phone does display that I have 3 bars (or dots in the case of the iPhone 6) and shows "LTE" but the phone doesn't actually connect. Any suggestions/help? Thanks.
Krallas,
That is very strange behavior for this new phone to have, but don't worry, ok? We'll help you get it fixed. Please go ahead and turn the phone all the way off. Then remove the SIM card for at least 30 seconds, replace it, and turn the phone back on. That may just do it for you!

My iPhone 4 has lost SIM connection several times over the past week when the phone is left on continually. I have had the SIM checked and it was not the source of the problem. I have found that I can reactivate the SIM by switching the phone off and on again. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, is there an easy fix. I have been advised by Apple that the latest IOS update may overcome this situation but I'm only on slow download speeds and 690 Mb would take forever. I would appreciate any advice.
Best regards,
