I'm also missing 2x points from Gamer's Club

I'm a Gamer's Club Unlocked member and I bought Alien Resurrection for Xbox One and didn't get double points. The same thing appears to have happened with Bayonetta 2. It lists I'm going getting 47 points when it should be 94.

Hi retrogamer76,
Thanks for purchasing your copies of Alien: Isolation and Bayonetta 2 with us! I'm a fan of both franchises myself and am looking forward  to playing both games in the next few weeks.
I've had the chance to review your account and can confirm that the Gamers' Club Unlocked everyday bonus points have been awarded to your account for your Bayonetta 2 purchase. As with the base points for the sale, remember that these can take 15-20 days from the time of pickup or shipment to post. When you can, I'd encourage you to double-check your points history on BestBuy.com.
As far as your Alien: Isolation purchase is concerned, it's possible that the everyday bonus points may not have been applied properly since you enrolled in the GCU program that same day at another location. I've addressed that issue, however, so you should see record of the 2x points in the next 2-3 business days. Again, you'll want to keep an eye on BestBuy.com for updates.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yesterday I buy 99 usd point from game ! But the game system say cant pass the payment ! But today iTunes send mail report say the payment is go over ! So ?the payment ?

Months of impecable service form BT as an option 3 customer. (I've even recommended BT to people)
    but
For the past 2 weeks peak traffic has murdered my connection.
I can get 14mbit off peak, and it used to drop to about 7-9 at peak times.
Now its down to 1-2mbit at peak times. (no i haven't breached FUP as I check my btinternet inbox for the 80GB warning)
I think its resonable to experience drop off but 90%!!!
BT advertising says fast speeds at peak times. less than 2mbit is not fast. (that the governments minimum standard!!!)
I don't know how to procede because when I'm experiencing these issues if I ring up I will end up waiting so long to speak to someone (because its peak time) the concection wiill be better again.
I can think of no recourse other than to approach trading standards...
Guarnetee me 5mbit at peak times (enough to stream HD iplayer) and I'd be happy
That is what BT vision customers are in essence are getting + what ever their PC is using.
Fair usage? what about Fair Supply.

  • Missing 2X points for games purchase

Unless I am missing something,I am not receiving the 2X points bonus for purchasing new games as a Gamers Club member.
The first transaction was 12/27/14 for 79.98 which I only see receiving 79 points for.
The second was on 11/28/14 for 44.98 which I show receiving 44 points for.
Hoping to get these transactions corrected along with any going forward.
    Thanks!

    Hello leeperryar,
Thanks for writing in, and thank you too for being a My Best Buy Gamers Club member.  I'm happy to review your account with you today.
It does appear that your orders were applied to your My Best Buy account and standard points were applied in the correct time frame.  As your account does show as being in the Gamers Club I'm not sure why the double points didn't post, but I'm happy to correct it.  Please watch for the points to post within 24 hours.

  • Missing $10 points from preorder bonus, past 20 days

I pre-ordered and picked up Sunset Overdrive on Oct 28, it's been 23 days now but I still do not see the points added to my account.  Anyone else seeing this?  Is there a way to resolve this?

    Hi Kenophobia,
Thank you for being a My Best Buy member.  I am sorry for any disappointment you have had with your experience either in-store or over the phone.  It is our desire to provide nothing but a positive experience for our valued customers.
I have reviewed your recent purchases and I don't see any games that were pre-ordered or picked up more than 20 days ago at this time.  It can take up to 20 days from the date you pick up your pre-order for points to post to your account.  If it has been longer than that for a game and you don't see points please start a new thread with your question so we can review it here on our Gamers Club board.
    Thanks,

  • Missing points from a pre-order?

    Hi Best Buy Team,
I sent this in a PM to Aaron but I'm posting it here so it doesn't get lost in the mix.
I really hope you can help. I'm a GCU member. I pre-ordered four games this month and followed through on purchasing all of them. My purchase on 11/18 did not apply the rewards points as I believe it should have and phone service has been of no help. Here are the details:
On 11/11, I put $17 each ($34 total) down on Grand Theft Auto V and Dragon Age: Inquisition. As a Gamer's Club Unlocked member, I pre-ordered both to make sure I would receive the $10 certificate for each game (I not know only GTA was eligible). On 11/18, I followed through and purchased both games. At the time, the teller mistakenly rang up "The Great White Shark" DLC for GTA V for $19.99 and then processed it as a return to void the transaction. I received both games, having paid $47.99 for each, but obviously not the mistaken DLC.
Today, I noticed that I was only attributed 230 points for the 11/18 transaction (the total on my account reads $123.65 but includes the mistaken $19.99), which, as you know, isn't even enough for $5 certificate, much less a $10 certificate.
The phone representatives I've spoken to on the phone have told me, at different times, that a) 230 points is all the two pre-orders will provide; b) that I'll only receive one $10 certificate; and c) that I won't even see the points for 15-30 days, which wasn't the case for the first two games.
Please help! You seem like you know much better how the system works than the reps in the call center. Also, the 11/19 certificate that my account says was issued was not received at my gmail account, in any of the folders, including spam. Is there a way to access this on the website or to prevent it from "auto-issuing" so I can just claim it?
    Thank you!
    Sincerely,
    Chris
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hello Chris,
Thank you for joining Gamers Club Unlocked, and thank you too for pre-ordering your games from Best Buy.  I'll be happy to answer your questions today.
As you have confirmed that the purchase is on your My Best Buy account, you should be all set to receive your "Get $10" points.  These can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and promotional points do now always appear as pending before they post to the account.  As our contact center agents confirmed, please allow a full 20 days from the date you picked up GTA: V to see your points in your account.  If you don't have them after that time, please let us know and will be more than happy to review your account to see what is happening.
When certificates are issued, points are first pulled from your account, then the certificate is generated and an email is sent to you advising you of its availability.  There is typically very little time between these two occurrences, but in some circumstances it may take up to 24 hours.  You should be able to find your email today, but if you intend to use the certificate in-store a cashier can simply attach it to the purchase when they look up your membership on the transaction.
    Thanks,

You have your mute button on.  In Settings check to see if you have Lock Orientation checked or Mute checked on the right hand side.  If you have Mute checked, all you need to do is click the mute button above the volume control buttons on the upper right hand side of your iPad.  If you have Lock Orientation checked in settings, you double click your home button and the most recent apps will appear.  Swipe your finger to the right until the Mute icon appears on the left side.  Touch it and you will unmute system sounds.

i have received my billing from i tunes
but i didn't get my point for the games.
i don't know where to report this problem
    thanks

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that in-app purchase and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • I'm missing points from trade ins.

I'm missing exactly 550 points from trade ins to Bestbuy.Only 110 points of my 660 over the past three months have been credited to my account. I'm not sure how to report the missing points from trade ins. Thank you.

    Hi EM12,
Well, that's no good! Trade-in points can accrue quickly if you make frequent trades, so I can imagine why you'd be concerned.
I'll need to gather some information in order to research this situation on your behalf, so please make sure to check your private messages when you can. To check your PMs, simply sign into the forum and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. In the meantime, remember that points earned for any given trade are determined by the base value of each product -- not the grand total after any applicable promotions have been applied.

  • Transferring field "Unloading Point" from ECC to SRM

    Hello Everybody,
I need to pass the field "Unloading Point" from the ECC side to the SRM side. Currently, SAP doesn't transfer this field when we execute the program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.
The field Unloading Point has been enabled in the SRM and is displayed properly for any Shopping Cart created there.
In order to pass the field, I have explored the BADI - BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUT, but there is no field in this BADI which can be used for passing the Unloading Point.
One solution that I have is to create a custom field in the BADI structure and then move the Unloading Point in this custom field. But then again, a question arises, how will SRM know that this is the Unloading Point field.
Also, will any of the following BADI's do the trick?
    BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK
    BBP_TARGET_OBJECTS
    BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW
    BBP_GROUP_LOC_PO
Please let me know if there is any solution for this problem.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Nikhil.

    Hi Disha,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
As per your recommendation, I looked at the BADI "BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI", but it seems that the BADI is triggered when we order or hold the shopping cart and not when we transfer Purchase Requisitions from ECC.
Also, I had seen the thread previously, but it wasn't helpful to me.
I will be just creating the PR in the ECC side, and won't be having any SC in the SRM before I execute the program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER. I want the field Unloading Point to be moved for every PR created whenever the program is executed.
If I have missed your point somewhere, do correct me.
    Thanks!
    Nikhil.

  • I must be missing the point but...

I do not know how to ask this question without an example so please bear with me....
My example is an contact book, say I have many friends (If only more of them were Java programmers) but quite a few share the same telephone number and, pervesely, quite often move to another, often already shared, telephone number. Phew!
    So, I have:
    an Telephone class:
    String number
    a Friend class:
    String name;
    Telephone tel;
    and myself:
    Friend[] friends;
Suppose I write a GUI that wraps this hierarchy; it shows me a list of my friends and allows me to edit them - specifically to change their telephone numbers.
    Now, here's the bit I don't understand:
Somewhere I have to have a list of telephone numbers so that when I pop up my 'friend editor' I can generate a drop down list of available telephone numbers (or even add a new one).
Does this list exist in 'myself', should I loop through all the friends to find out what're available or something else?
Also, surely I should 'encapsulate' the 'friend editor' in some way so that 'it just knows' where to get the list from (Ie popup a 'telephone number selector') and if so how would it achieve this?
This is not a GUI/Swing question - I'm pretty sure I can make a half decent GUI - but a question as to how the classes interract with each other whilst still maintaining encapsulation.
Lastly, I must be missing the point or, due to my C experience, expecting too little of the language but all the tutorials seem to miss this interraction - they seem either to build bare GUIs or basic/extended classes but never a real application showing this aspect.
Please can someone furnish an explanation/example ?
    Thanks
    Philip

oh goodie I love discussions like this... well, sort of. I developed a program to store contacts, each contact had a name, an address and various other fields, so what's the relavence? Well, you want a program to store phone numbers and what not, and you need different classes to accomplish running the program, well this is where I think I can help. In my program there were three methods in the main class, they did delete, insert, and edit, then there was save, and load. Inside of those methods is where things came to life. I hope the code below helps in your program somehow.// cm.java
    import java.awt.*;

  • "Save as" misses the point

    Hi,
the Save as… function is back which makes me quite happy.
But after using it the first time with preview, I am greatly disappointed. It doesn't work the way it previously did and should work. I cropped several images and hat to manually recover all of the originals because they were automatically saved with the same changes as the new copies. I have the feeling that the developers didn't understand what "Save as" is and why it is so useful. Right now it's just duplicating.
The Save-as concept works this way:
    - Open a document (file)
    - Edit it
    - Decide that these changes are worth a new version of your document (developers call it fork or so)
    - Choose the menu item "Save as" to save the changed document as a new one
    - The original document remains untouched in it's place
It is self explanatory that I save the changes into the new document, but not into the original.
This should apply even though "Autosave" is on and the original document is closed automatically. –> Design error
Additionally I had turned on the option "Ask to save before closing...." but the system didn't ask, it just saved and closed the file automatically. –> Bug
What Mountain Lion did when I edited my images: It saved all changes to the new AND the original images. All the originals were also cropped and I had to use the star wars mode to recover every image one by one. Frustrated would be an understatement.

Since Steve has died, things are getting worse!
What kind of idiot had the idea to change something which cannot be made better?
Confusion all around and loss of data is the result, because it is different in different applications too.

  • How to recover missing purchased items from my old region???

    Hi,
Before 2 months ago I'm tried to change my region in the Apple Store and I was have a problem it I can not change the area until the reset my balance to 0 and it was I have a balance of 0.40 pounds, I contacted with the technical support at Apple and they told me should reset your balance to 0, but the balance was only 0.40 pounds and I can not buy any product because that amount is too little, So they suggested me to reset my balance to I can change my region and I have accepted this and they have already reset my balance to 0 and then was able to successfully change the region .
Now I have another problem which I can't to recover missing purchased items from my old region !!!
How to recover missing purchased items ????
    Regards,
    Aziz

You cannot use the iTunes store there any longer just as you can no longer use the food store you used to visit.  Unless you can change your country back to the one you used to use you no longer have access to purchases made there which is why it is important you keep backups of all purchases made there.
The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store.  You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance." - http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html#SERVICE

  • Missing Required Parameter 'from' for event 'open' -- InDesign CS3 Error

Now that I've upgraded to OS 10.6, and I'm getting this weird error message (Missing Required Parameter 'from' for event 'open') when I open CERTAIN InDesign files by double-clicking on the icon. Other files open okay. Everything SEEMS to open okay when I open CS3 and go to FILE and OPEN.
Anyone else having this problem? Any advice?

I was having this problem too and then noticed that the files that would not open had special characters in the name, # or % for example.
I changed the name to exclude these characters and they all opened just fine.
If that doesn't work, it may be, if you use it, Suitcase Fusion. Extensis says that if your computer name is too long or also has special characters in it that it could be a problem in OSX 10.5 and later. Go into System Preferences/Sharing and edit your name to within 20 simple characters.
    I hope this helps.
