I'm getting frustrated with no reply to my enquiry...

I hate not being able to discuss my problem with a real person! Your system has failed to supply me with an answer to my query 6 days ago and I keep getting emails for replies to other people's problems but not mine!!!!
I paid for an upgradev to Premium Skype which included landlines around Australia. As such I have cancelled the separate subscription that I had for llandlines in Australia - I don't need 2 subscriptions for the same  thing, do I?
It keeps telling me I need to resubscribe in so many days or it will be cancelled - good. BUT I want to know if I still have access to Australian landlines through the Premium subscription which does not appear on MY ACCOUNT details under my subscriptions but was approved and paid for - email sent at time and invoice sent after - and I have the records of this.
PLEASE ANSWER ASAP so that I may understand what is going on....AAAaagh!!!

Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices - something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
    Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).

    When Firefox updates to a new version all the add-ons you have installed need to be compatible with the new version, which Firefox will do if the add-on is setup to be updated automatically. Those Norton add-ons for Firefox need to be manually updated by you because Norton can't seem to be able figure out how to do it automatically, like happens with add-ons which are installed from the official Mozilla website. Get angry or frustrated with Norton.

  • Getting frustrated with customer service

    I bought a Droid Eris when I renewed my contract at the end of last year.  Since then I have had to return my phone because of defects and am now on my third one.  This one is also causing serious problems when I am trying to text and answer calls (freezing, screen moving on its own, trackball not working).  I took it back and said that I am sick of having to replace it with the same model and I wanted a different one because, quite frankly, I don't believe I have gotten what I paid for with all the defects and frustrations I've experienced.  I need the features of the smartphone for one of my jobs, but I was told that I could only get a different model smartphone if I purchased a refurbished one at a "discounted" price, which didn't seem all that discounted to me at all.  I was then offered again, a new Droid Eris with the 90 day warranty.  Well, my luck, day 91 will come and then my phone will begin to malfunction before I can renew my contract in October.  According to both the store rep and the customer service rep at the 800 number, I would just have to deal with it or, they asked "do you have a back up phone?"  So, that's Verizon's quality care for their customers?  "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, we hope you brought a backup."  Verizon has really pushed me so far on this that I don't think I want to renew my contract.  That is the part that gets me.  If my phone DOES screw up and I have to deal with it until October which is the soonest I can renew my contract that is up in February.  Well, if I don't want to renew because of the lack of professional service, I will not have to "deal" till October, but until February or suffer the the expensive contract termination fee.  I would even take a refurbished smartphone, other than the Eris, if they didn't charge me an obscene amount for it.  I am extremely disappointed in Verizion.  My cousin, who was eligible for a new phone once, had a problem with her phone but just wanted it fixed.  Without question, she was upgraded free of charge to a better phone...and she didn't have a warranty, she didn't need to pay anything, she hadn't had to return a product several times that was known to be defective...they just gave it to her.  I don't understand why, when I clearly have grounds to be upset, they refuse to accommodate me with just another model phone.  Is there ANYONE else from Verizon I can contact who would be willing to work with me on this?   Anyone here have a similar problem?  I don't want to sound like a complainer but I've never had such a problem like this before and its completely aggrivating, especially when I have a project for a job that requires constant communication and they refuse to guarantee me a phone that will actually work.

    Oh, I so feel your pain! I have even gone as far as writing to the corporate office a month ago and have not heard anything back.  I am trying to email them again but now it is a bad the emails are being returned. Not thinking' they care about the old customers because of all the new customers coming from AT&T.

    In looking at your post history, it would appear that you initially posted your issue in the Adobe Digital Editions forum and you were then advised to post in the Captivate forum as you were in the wrong place.
    I then see that you posted in the Captivate forum and you did receive a reply from what appears to be an Adobe engineer with instructions.
    I think where you are having issues is that you seem to believe Adobe engineers are just standing by waiting to assist. (I'm basing that on your statement about the time being more than 24 hours or so for a reply)
    Certainly Adobe engineers may visit here from time to time, but the forums aren't intended to be an "official" line of support. Largely, what you get here are users just like yourself. I do believe Adobe offers free support for installation. I might assume that would include downloads too, but I'm not sure.
    Just as an FYI, I know you posted a very long ream of code. I'm sure you may have thought it would be useful. And it may. To an engineer. But generally speaking, I'd advise to avoid doing that unless it's asked for. In my opinion, it will cause many to just skip and ignore the post because the codes are often lost on us and meaningless.
    I'm not picking on you, just trying to offer some useful advice. I honestly hope you are able to find a good resolution.

    I have Adobe Acrobat, it was on my old Windows PC, I now have an Apple Is there a way to download it to my Apple with out buying a whole new program seeing I already own a Windows version.   • Getting frustrated with this "error" message

    Hi guys, I'm your sterotypical chick here, so fixing computer problems just isn't my thing. I have read several different topics on here regarding my problem. First off when I start itunes it says "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled this a couple of times. Then I came on here and reinstalled QT like you guys said, and that works fine for me. I then did something on one of the other threads that said to go into my documents and settings, and then change my file names itunes.pref1, intunes.prefxml1, ect ect. There is still a problem. I tried seeing if I could get it to work on a different user account and when it started to install and load itunes on that account, it just froze the whole thing up. I'm frustrated and angry that I downloaded this new version, I should have just kept the one I had on there! So someone, please help me out here

    Hi experienced ipoders, Ok my problem is when i added music videos to my ipod (only had it 3 days)the pic was fantastic but.....no sound. I downloaded the latest iTunes and I have music on there and that went on fine.....It had sound. Then I tried to add a movie (avi format)with no luck' (can u buy full movies from iTunes).?
    The music videos I added to iTunes played on my laptop but again.....no sound.
    Its probably such a simple thing im not doing but I'll be dammed if I know what I'm doing wrong.

    Quicktime or Quicktime Pro (which iTunes uses) don't convert "muxed" ( muxed means multiplexed where the audio and video are stored on the same track) video files properly. It only plays the video and not the audio.

    You need a 3rd party converter to convert the file with both audio and video.

    I recently just upgraded to the LG G3 and for the past two or three months of having the phone I've been having trouble getting messages from one of my contacts she says shes sending me messages but some of them are not coming through to me and then others I'll just randomly start getting I get all of my other contacts messages except hers and for her everyone gets her messages except for me and I have no idea why I have tried to fix this by tweaking my settings to see if that was an issue and tried seeking help at my local Verizon store but short of going in and resetting my messages they had no clue what was wrong I have no clue what the issue could be please help

  • If Apple is so full of geniuses, why can't they come up with a usb cable to connect the iPad to a printer? This would seem like the most intelligent first choice for those of us who are absolutely frustrated with iPad printing functionality.

    My sister has an iPad and an HP printer. She cant' print from her iPad even though a genius at the Apple Store sold the combination to her with the idea that it would be easy to do. Instead, I have to go to her place with my MacBook, she sends me an email, and I hook up my laptop to her printer to print what she needs. Why can't the Apple geniuses come up with a USB cable and an OS update to make it easy and NOT SO FRUSTRATING to print from the iPad?
    I've been a Mac user for fifteen years but I could not, in good conscience, recommend an iPad to anyone until Apple considers that ease of use does not include regularly getting frustrated with the easiest of tasks.

    Already frustrated by jumping in and not getting some needed information before hand, hmm k
    Create a new apple id - OR
    create a new free web base email - sign into the apple id you have now edit the primary email address with the just newly created email save [you justs freed your email address from being an apple id]
    Once you have all the4 correct information/data etc needed to be able to then chose option None
    use that email to create apple id

  • Getting very frustrated with my Gnex...

    Ok so I am running out of ideas to make this phone work for me... Currently on my 3rd gnex since i first bought it in May 2012 and this on is by far the worse. Just a quick run down of my first two 1.) worked great absolutely enjoyed all the features as it was my first 4g phone got impatient waiting for 1st jelly bean update and bricked it while trying to root rookie mistake lol... 2.) was just as happy with it as the first. Everything working great till about a month ago when the mic started to act up and no one could hear me unless i was using a headset or blue tooth. Got the update for 4.2.2 the day I was taking it to best buy geek squad to send out and that even seemed to be working great loved the camera features and was even starting to like the lock screen widgets. Had no problems with the battery drain and even seemed to be running better than ever. But since my wife was the most frustrated with not being able to hear me when we'd talk on the phone i sent it out for a replacement (happy wife = happy life). Which now brings me to today not even 24 hours after picking up my replacement gnex i am starting to regret my decision to ever buy one in the first place. This one came with 4.2.2 ready to go on it and seemed to get off to a good start with it until i tried to open the internet, Google would start to load then poof back to home screen, open internet back up load some more then kicked out (wifi or 4g/3g mind you). then it was like it was taunting me saying "oh good patients you got me to load google dare you to search.... HAHAHAHAHA nice try" poof home screen. Ok. Well internet a bust lets try the google search bar.... Oh wow i like the new features here let's try a search.... well back to hompage i go.... At this point I'm ready to give up and try later so I press the lock button and screen goes black then flashes at me for about 3mins... When I go to the main menu it is black as if i have no apps at all till i swipe and then everything appears.  Oh and it is beginning to get real hot like I've seen posted here a couple of times and now I have started missing the htc thunberbolt loaner phone that best buy gave me for the 3 days with out my nexus...
    Things I have tried:
    -Factory reset (3 times)
    -Taking Battery out and letting it sit for awhile (up to 15mins)
    -Avoiding the urge to just throw it against the wall (hardest one of all)
    Things I'd like to avoid in finding a solution:
    -Rooting ( tried and failed at that already in the past)
    -Waiting for ANOTHER replacement phone
    -Throwing it against the wall (still seems like that would make me the happiest right now)
    So all in all i just needed to vent a bit and am now curios as to what options I do have now. I didn't go with the verizon insurance on the phone because i went through Best Buy when i bought it originally and pay 9.99 a month for their Geek Squad protection plan but i don't want to have to send it back out since i just got it back today. Can I take it in to a verizon store and replace it right away? If so how much should that cost (in AZ)? Has anyone else been down this road with their gnex as well and have any info to share?

    Is the replacement phone working flawlessly so far as of this posting cowboyjake? I couldn't help it to laugh at your posting things you have tried. I know how you feel the upgrade it messed up my phone it reboots during a phone call, screen goes blank and have to uninstall / reinstall the battery to get the phone to boot up and work. Price goes up Quality and Service goes down is the motto of all businesses now days.
