I'm having an odd problem during charging...

I just plugged in my iPod for charging, and it took a while for my computer to recognize it, no biggie I read about how there wasn't enough power yet. So it charges for a bit, and FINALLY my iTunes notices it's there.
It updates (but instead of usually saying "iPod update complete: OK to disconnect", it just says "iPod update complete".
OK, I'm not too worried, but now it's charging and the Do Not Disconnect screen will not go away. Usually it takes a minute, then I get the green bar, but it's been doing this for a while. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you

This is not odd...
It depends what kind of setting you have under iTunes preferences. If it is automatic, then after it is finished updating, it will automatically disconnect. However, if it is in Manual, than you have to click the little arrow near the source list in iTunes next to the name of your iPod.
If that does not work, depending if you have Windows of Mac, you should go to the task bar on the bottom right of the screen, and right click the little green arrow thing (safely disconnect). Right click that and find your iPod and click stop. It should stop the iPods Hard Disk from spinning, and it will let you take your iPod out. It also may say "Hardware in Use." In this case force quit iTunes (CTRLALTDELETE) and try again. If it still does not work, restart your computer and watch your ipod screen. For about 3 seconds it will say "Safe to disconnect." Unplug the **** thing.
With a Mac, drag the iPod from your desktop to the trash, and it should unplug the iPod.
If you still cannot get either way to work, then try to change your music library a little bit, like chage the name to a song or something. Then tell iTunes to update again.
If all of that does not work, reset, then restore iPod.

I understand this gets asked a lot, but I'm having specifically odd problems

Like a lot of other people I see on the first page alone, I've forgotten my security question answers that I set years ago and haven't had to answer once until now. I do have a rescue email, but I don't see how that pertains to needing my questions reset as that's to retrieve your password (as far as I know, anyway). I've gone to my apple id management page, and to the "account security" tab, but where most people have the option to then reset their answers, I'm asked to answer my security questions, which is what I'm there to reset in the first place.
As you could imagine, I'm incredibly frustrated as I have roughly 50 dollars on my apple id that I can't get back and can't spend due to purchaces requiring my security answers, and although I understand it's not their fault, the apple support team isn't being much help, they just keep sending me to different people.
I would greatly appreciate the help of anyone reading this, because as far as I know, I'm the only person having this problem. I would really rather not call someone as I'm bad on the phone, and it's furthurmore frustrating that there isn't some sort of question reset option where I give my email and password and reset them as simply as that, this doesn't need to be a situation where I call in half of apple support just to get a couple questions reset.

If you aren't getting the reset link then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address on your account - are you sure that they aren't alternate email addresses that you have ?
But if you aren't getting the reset link then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset - which is normally by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account

I'm having some odd problems staying connected to the Internet on my Macboo

I just got the computer earlier this year, in June, I think, and it has worked wonderfully until today, when my family got a new router to replace our defective one. Whenever I close and open my Macbook Pro or my sister closes/opens her Macbook, we have to enter the WEP key again, despite the fact that the computer seems to think that it's already connected to the network. The three little bar things are all black, but I can't access anything on the internet until I enter the WEP key. If I have to do this for a while, it's going to get really irritating. Can anyone help? Is it our computers or the router?

I think you are saying that the person who closed their MB has to log in again - but maybe you saying that both of you have to log in even when the other one closes their computer - is it only the person who closed their computer?
Do you get a prompt to enter the key again? is the key the same as it was on the old router?

An odd problem importing footage...ideas please!!

I'm having an odd problem with iMovie that has me stumped so far. I'm currently using a borrowed DVcamcorder to import my footage. So far I can only import footage that was taped using that exact camcorder. I have other footage, (also miniDV format) that was created on a different camera, and it won't import properly. It comes out very jumpy, almost as if the frame rate is off or it's not scanning the fields properly, playing only every other one. The camera also gives me a "clean heads" message that only appears when I try to use the "foreign" video. The heads don't need cleaning, and I've checked the frame rate. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm lost so far!!

It may be that the "foreign" tape (..i.e; not recorded in that camcorder you're using..) was recorded at LP (Long Play) - a slow tape speed - or even slower than LP.
This makes recordings on extremely narrow video tracks (..because the tape hardly moves forwards while the spinning recording head turns round..) which may not quite co-incide with the exact head position of another camcorder ..i.e; the tolerance is too fine to match properly.
Most manufacturers mention this ..in very obscure language.. in their camcorder manuals, saying that LP tapes from other camcorders might not play properly, or tapes recorded in LP mode might not play in other camcorders.
Most (all?) Sony DV camcorders will play back footage recorded faster than normal, on 'professional' 'DVCAM' recorders. These tapes move faster through the camera than ordinary DV, so they produce a wider track which is less likely to cause signal 'drop-out' failure. I don't know if other makes of camcorder can play back DVCAM material.
If the "foreign" tapes were shot at DVCAM speed (..e.g; on a Sony PDX10 camcorder, or similar), then although they should play back in other, normal 'domestic' Sony cams, they might not play back in another make of camcorder. Could these be DVCAM tapes?
Finally, it might also be that the "foreign" tape really is a Foreign tape: i.e; the recording was made to a different standard. So if it's an American-recorded (NTSC) tape and it's played in a UK (PAL TV system) camcorder, the frame-rate will be wrong, the number of scan-lines will be wrong, the colour info will be wrong, etc. [..But as you mention "fields", you probably know enough not to have made that mistake.]

IDVD having problems "during multiplexing/burning"

Help please:
iDVD is not burning DVDs for me.
it goes through the whole process seemingly fine, then at the end shows the error message: "problem during multiplexing/burning".
I have a G4 emac. 800 Mhz 10.3.9
external Lacie dvd burner (that burns fine on wife's imac)
I was having this problem earlier, then erased the hard drive to start clean. Didn't seem to help.
I upgraded the Lacie driver, etc too.

Ah then if Toast has a connection issue and iDVD is having issues when burning, it would appear that your issue is unrelated to iDVD and instead a system or hardware problem. Unfortunately that might be too hard to diagnose here in this forum, at least not with a ton of non-iDVD related back and forth questions and answers.
Did you play the disc image on your computer to see if the titles made it into the disk image? My guess if they didn't make it onto the DVD blank, then they are not in the disk image either, although maybe they were?

Is the MBP properly grounded? Are you using the three prong plug? If not, do so and your problems may disappear. If not, do what SwankPeRFection suggests.

I am having the same problems as several posters here. My note 3 was pre-ordered and worked fine until may 16th of this year. This was the date of an ota upgrade to kitkat. After apps were "optimized" I first noticed such a power drain that my phone lasted 4 hours on standby without use. I uninstalled several apps including facebook which and rolled back google play services for several days. This helped my battery life which extended from 4 to 12 hours at low use. Previously, I could use the phone for nearly 48 hours without charging and using a number of apps which involved graphics, sound and data. Which leads to my next point, any graphically charged app (games generally) causes my phone to heat up tremendously and the phone leaks power like a sieve; again I reiterate this began may 16 with an ota update to kitkat which was rolled out by verizon MUCH later than other carriers but clearly didn't involve fixes. Finally, and the most nagging problem of all....my mobile connectivity has been shot. I have dropped calls, I have had to drive to get signal, I have missed calls and I cannot afford this!! I am a home health nurse and must be in contact with MD offices and patients. Even mobile connectivity in my home is affected as I have two bars at max. I have noticed the wireless indicator go from 0 to 5 bars in a rapid cycle 5 to 6 times in a few second period and result in "no mobile network found" if I try to call anyone. This service is unacceptable and I don't want to have to root my phone as I am not sure that this would fix the problem. This is a 700 dollar phone and I shouldn't have these problems. If a solution cannot be reached, I am under contract for another year and several months and I demand a new phone. I will be saving all communications (or lack thereof) via screen shot for documentation.

Have you tried wiping your cache partition? I noticed extremely poor battery life after the KK update, like you, (maybe 5 hours of use before requiring charging) and I saw a message on one of the Android Central forum (actually for the AT&T version of the Note 3) that mentioned to try wiping the cache partition. That appears to have worked. Since then, my battery life has been phenomenal. I don't know why this worked, or the downside of doing it. But it worked.   As I write this, my battery is at 66%, and has been on for 14.5 hours (with one brief charge of 15 or so minutes in my car last night).
Wiping the Cache partition from Recovery Mode
This won't erase any important data. Perform the following procedure:
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
     a) Volume Up key
     b) Home key
     c) Power key
3) When 'GALAXY Note 3' appears on the screen, let go of the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.
4) When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
5) Press the Volume Down key to highlight 'wipe cache partition.'
6) Press the Power key to select and wipe the cache.
7) With 'reboot system now' highlighted, press the Power key to restart the device.

I am having a weird problem while attempting to re-install iTunes, is there anyone who can help?

Its kind of an odd problem, never happened to me before, but my old iTunes was very outdated because my updater was not working, and today having to actually use iTunes but it was very outdated, I read on the apple support site that the only way to update my version was to delete and re install.
Upon completely deleting iTunes and all other related software (following the steps given here:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923), and then installing the latest version of iTunes from the apple site, I still receive the very same error message about a quarter way through the installation saying 'Error, object already exists', and when I click ok it pops up a few more times until the iTunes install wizard says there was an installation error and to either finish or try again.
I really need to use iTunes asap for some important business so any help would be much appreciated.

Operating system is Windows 7
Computer is a Dell
Downloaded using Google Chrome

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if iTunes won't install normally.

What program did you use to fix the internal hard drive? What repairs did it report making? More crucially, if repairs were reported, did you re-run the utility until it reported no problems found? It's possible for one set of problems with a drive to mask others.
If you have about 5GB or so free space on the internal hard drive, you can use your OS X Install disc to perform an Archive and Install to recover from the failed Software Update. When the computer restarts, download and run the OS X Update Combo 10.4.11 (Universal). When the Mac restarts after that, run Software Update. During all this, make sure nothing interrupts or shuts down the Mac! Note that the first start after each of these updates will take significantly longer than subsequent starts, so be very patient.
How did you back up your internal drive to the external one? Did you just drag things over in the Finder, or did you use a utility such as SuperDuper! or CarbonCopyCloner? Does the external HD show up as a bootable volume in System Preferences > Startup Disk, or using Startup Manager?

Problem during deployment of axis (stock) examples

I am getting problem during the deployment of stock example given in the apache site.
Even i am not getting the right response from the URL

I am using tomcat 4.1 and JDK1.4.
I have set all the jar files in the axisclasspath.
At the deployment i am using the commond

I too am having the same issue and I am using the Java2WSDL and the WSDL2Java to create both the WSDL and the WSDD and I still get Server.NoService when I try to use the AdminClient to deploy the wsdd?
I have tried using both 1.2 and 1.2.1.
I am going to try to use an older verison to see if this is a bug..
If any one know the answer to this deployment problem please speak up.

RFC connection problem during SRM - R/3 integration

Our environment is SRM 5.5 server with 2 R/3 backend systems. One of the R/3 systems is in another country. We happen to have RFC problems during the communication between the SRM and R/3 server.

Problem of PI am having a weird problem in prinrinting List in Address Book

I am having a weird problem in printing a list of addresses in Address Book. The odd number pages (1,3,5,etc.) print fine but the even number pages move the phone numbers from the third column and prints them over the second column's address and Note fields. Anybody know what is going on here? I have tried the Roll Call Directory software suggested by one respondent on another printing problem and while it is very nice, it seems to have its own quirks (Splits the information when it reaches the bottom left column of a two column set-up or prints at the top left column of the next page when it reaches the end of the right column instead of keeping the address intact in one spot).

P.S. To as to this problem. I tried printing some more pages of the address list and now while some of the odd numbered pages seem OK as you go along it switches to some of the even numbered pages being OK with the odd numbered pages having the third column shifting to overprint on part of the 2nd column. In addition, I can't print envelopes since the program simply does nothing or crashes when the print button is selected.
