I want to set a maximum size for pictures when FF shows websites. How can i do that? NO I DONT MEAN "HOW TO ZOOM".

I have FF 34 but this problem has been there for a lot of earlier versions. On many webpages there are pictures that cover my whole screen, and I want to set maximum size for showing images on webpages.
I ONLY wanr to change the maximum size of the images, AND IAM NOT asking about how to zoom the webpage.

Do you want to hide large images or merely make them smaller by setting a max-width and max-height?
You would probably have to use JavaScript (bookmarklet) to achieve this reliably.
There are bookmarklets to make large images fit in the window to avoid a horizontal scroll bar

I went into the cloud on phone it was on. Turned off and back on. Now i have 6 of one contactDeleted face books also incase that was the issue. The setting in "Tools > Options > Tabs" only works for links that would open in a new window. 
That option allow you to divert such calls to a new tab. 
For other links you either have to use a middle click or a Ctrl + left click or use the context menu.

Close the pictures before you quit Preview. Cmd-opt-q will close all windows and quit. cmd-opt-w will close all windows and not quit.
Or, Disable automatically opening files that were left open in General System Preferences

No such thing has occurred. iPhones do not backup to one another.
It is not possible to backup a different iPhone from the one being updated.
If the iPhone was restored with a backup from a different device, restore it again from the correct backup.
