If you're a Windows user, you should have a Creative Cloud folder listed under your name in Windows Explorer. The image below shows where the folder is when I view Explorer.
if you don't see this, open up the Creative Cloud application manager, click on the Assets tab, and then the Open Folder button. This will open the folder where you can place files to be synced across your Creative Cloud account on each computer that's actively logged in.
