I made a Keynote Slide show completely on my iPhone.....300 slides. Turned out great! However, I went to "save it to iTunes"....but I cannot find it. Where does it go? I can't figure it out.....thanks!
Dock your phone....locate it on the left in iTunes....hit the 'Apps' tab on the right, then scroll down to the 'File Sharing' section below...

Hi all! I was updating the software on i pad to ios6, update was interrupted(apple update server is unavailable...). iTunes Diagnostics shows that "secure link to I tunes store failed". I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Can anybody help please?

Can't Export Keynote slide show file to iDVD?
I am having difficulty exporting a 12mb Keynote slide show file to iDVD. When I go to export, a warning stating that 'There is not enough disc space or a problem with the file' appears. I have enough disc space and I don't think that I am corrupting the file in any way. I've also tried a 'dummy' version with only two slides in the show, still get same message. Any help is greatly appreciated.
intel 20" Mac OS X (10.4.6)I don't have a solution, but I'm having the same problem. I just installed iWork 06 and iLife 06. I have tried this on 2 machines one running 10.4.6 and the other running 10.3.9. And both give the same error. I called Tech support and first talked to the iWork department. The tech actually was having the same problem when he tried. He did research and talked to a product specialist to no avail. Then he transferred me to the product specialist, who was also having the problem and said they would escalate the issue to the engineers to see if its something they know about already or need to look at. I'm curious if anyone has actually been able to use this feature and when people started having problems. Because before installing iWork, there was a recent security update that I had installed on both these machines, and I wonder if that may have caused anything.
As far as preferences, there are two folders named Library one directly on your hard drive and one in your home folder. Both have a folder called Preferences, in Library/Preferences there's a file called com.apple.Keynote.plist and in home/library/preferences there's a file com.apple.iWork.Keynote.plist These are the preference files for Keynote. On rare occassions preference files can become currupt causing errors in the application. If you delete the file the application just creates a new fresh one the next time you launch, but settings go back to default. But this sometimes fixes problems. However I have a feeling this may not work for this problem. -

I would like to use my new iPod Touch to present Keynote slide shows using a digital projector. If I could do this I wouldn't have to carry my laptop everywhere. Is this possible and if so how would I do it? What output cables would be required?
ThanksThis is a really great idea. I don't know that you can maintain the pauses that a keynote presentation has, though, because Quicktime generally doesn't have a click-and-go functionality (i.e., pause on this frame indefinitely, wait for input, continue) without scripting.

Paste it where?You have to export the slideshow as a QT movie using the Export button at the bottom of the slideshow window and then upload it to the YouTube website.

Can I transfer a slide show to Apple TV and then take my Apple TV to another home and plug it into the TV and play that slideshow for those friends?
If you mean transfer a slideshow from your computer then no. It is not storing it but rtaher streaming from the computer over your local network. The old model had an accessible hard-drive that would have allowed this.

I put songs onto my IPhone 4, and they show up under the "On This Phone" section in itunes, but when I go to play the songs on my phone, they aren't there. How can I fix this?
When you look at your iPhone, are you looking in the Music app or in the iTunes app? Be sure you are looking in the Music app, and look in the Songs category. If your songs are not here, you may want to try syncing your information again through iTunes. To do this, uncheck "Sync Music" and then click apply or sync in the bottom right corner of iTunes, and then recheck "Sync Music" and then click apply or sync again.

My phone was put into recovery mode and I know that not all data is deleted it just puts the phone into a sort of hibernation in order for the files to stay uncorrupted. I went to http://www.recovery-ipad.com/iphone-stuck-in-recovery-mode.html downloaded the software it unlocked my phone in a matter of minutes. If your Mac is new-ish and has one of the Lions as its OS, the drives, cards, USB sticks no longer show up, even though they're there. Go to Finder's Preferences and tick the corresponding items in the General and Sidebar tabs.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Outer Glow issue in Illustrator CS4
I have a file with a very large logo. probably 4 feet wide by 2 feet tall. I am trying to put the Outer Glow on it so that the logo will show up nicely on a dark background. This however seems to lock up Illustrator, and or, cause the file to be huge
