If you already installed iTunes you no longer need the .exe file.

You cannot redownload ringtones.

On Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

If you did not create this swf yourself then you won't be able to do what I am suggesting. If you did, then open the fla in Flash and go into the Publish Settings and select the option to publish an html file as an output. That will create an html page that embeds the Flash file. Test that file in your browser and see if it plays properly. IF so, then copy that code in place of whatever Dreamweaver did to embed the Flash.
Dreamweaver is not a reliable tool for embedding Flash content... why it does not do it the same way Flash does it is anyone's guess.

Delete the song from library including file. Then go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Select Music tab to re-download again for free.

I purchased an episode from my laptop how can I re-download on another device ?

Go to the App Store Menu, choose Store > View My Account. You should see iTunes in the Cloud. Click View Hidden Purchases. Click Unhide on the App. Hope this is what you meant.

The wording that comes back is that I am using a British Card for a Malawi application. I bought these on the understanding that Apple is one company internationally. That is obviously not the case. iTunes gift cards can only be used in their country of issue, so UK cards can only be used in the UK on UK based accounts. Do you know anybody in the UK that you could sell or give the cards to ?
