Start here, and reset your password, you will receive an email with your new password, then go tomanage your account > Password and Security and change your security questions.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

It's all very confusing to me, I need some answers from experienced customers.I already checked. I purchased my iPhone 3G on the launch date back in July '08. I've paid the bill the day my bill was issued, days ahead of its due date, and for some reason, even through it's magic 8-ball wisdom, said I was not eligible for and upgrade. Hi i haven't updated my iDVD seen 2005 and to get the new one i need 7.0.4 first and i downloaded it from the apple website and when i go into the updating process its says "An eligible iDVD application was not found in the location /Applications." why
Because you need to buy iLife 08 or newer on DVD first. If you're using iDVD 05, you probably have a PowerPC Mac and can't use iLife 11.

so i lost my iphone and i remotely locked it on my ipod and it says i will recieve a email when its been locked but i never got one does tht mean the thief couldve went to itunes and made it a new device..?? please reply im really worried and i just go it like 2 weeks ago :3
and when i remote lock it am i still able to find it ??aww so if they restore it i wont be able to dial the old phone number that i had on it even if i turned it on.... and since i never got a message saying that the lock has been successfully added they already restored it :3
and would they just get a bill of their own.. i dont want to get a bill cause of them using it.. -

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.
This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best. -
Hi, umm so anyways my ipod is about 2 years old now and i think the reason why it started to malfunction in the first place was because i had too much stuff on my ipod, apps, movies, and junk. But now i took it to the apple store and they were able to restore my ipod but when i go home it goes bad again and i try ot restore it on my laptop and it says it can't restore it. (11) and another thing is that when i try to turn my ipod on, it turns on to the apple logo then all of a sudden theres suppose to be the unlock screen but instead a black screen with a tiny loading sign in the middle and it keeps buffering and it never turns on. and then it shuts off with a white screen and then does the same exact thing for like 10 minutes. please help me. I dont know what to do. and my dad will be very ****** if it cant be helped..D:

I'm Gene. I have an older MAC desktop and am running iPhoto 09, version8.1.2 (424). Each time I connect my iphone to my MAC I get a message that there is a newer version of iPhoto, but when I select the link, I am taken to the Apple webpage and get a message that the page I'm looking for is not available. All I would like to do is upgrade my iPhoto. Do I need to upgrade to the latest version of iWork, and if so, what version and how would I do that? Any assistance is appreciated. i made my account like 4 years ago and have tried every possible answer to my questions i can think of but everytime it says one or both of them is wrong. i tried changing them but there isnt a button that i can click to change them as far as i have seen it just keeps asking me to answer them. i need to change them so i can buy songs on my new laptop please help.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You will need to contact Support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'More Products and Services' in the second column, then 'Apple ID' in the third column. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' in the first column then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password' and click 'Continue'. You will be offered options to contact Apple.
