  • Need help on displaying the popular items.

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement to work on display the popular items Could you please help me how to full fill this requirement .
    Thank you,
    Regards,
    Jyothi

    Here is my requirement to show the "most purchase items" .How to full fill this requirement .
    Hi,
    I would do the below high level approach ideally.
    1. Add a property to sku item - number of purchases
    2. In the CommitOrderFormHandler, add the qty of each commerce item to the number of purchases property of the corresponding sku
    3. When user visits a category page, query the repository to get the top N number of most purchased items based on this new property (use might need to sort the results using queryoptions, type of caching also need to be discussed here)
    Alternatively or more commonly, you can still have a property at sku level to say most purchased items and you can set them using BCC projects based on your sales data or by running offline queries against you DB.
    The approach might be much simpler if you create an Endeca cartridge for the same, in case if you have Endeca in your technical stack.
    Hope this helps.

  • Is the "Display list of web app items submitted by a user" feature not available in the free trial?

    Is the "Display list of web app items submitted by a user" feature not available in the free trial? I can see it in the tutorials but its not available when I am logged in.

    Its just named a little differently now. You should be able to add the module {module_webappscustomer} through the Modules toolbox in the web page editor window, as indicated below. Please note that webapps feature is available only for webCommerce sites. Read more about the available modules and its usage in detail here - http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/134/bc_1345.html?bc-partner#main_Web_App_Modules

  • Checkbox needs to be greyed out in ALV List display

    Hi Experts,
    I am using u2018 REUSE_ALV_HIERSEQ_LIST_DISPLAY' and I need to make the  checkboxes greyed out based on certain conditions. For eg --Say if the field 'status' is 51 in my internal table then the checkbox should be editable  in the List display otherwise the checkbox should be greyed out .. Can this be achieved? Or should I use Classes to do it. Please adviceu2026

    Hi Shankar,
    This is possible using CELLSTYLES (lvc_t_styl), which can fulfill the behaviour you require for your scenario.  I would suggest you to go through the below mentioned link posted on SCN which to asked for the same set of requirement.
    Disabling certain rows in editable oo alv ?
    Please validate the same at your end and let know on this.

  • Display the current item in the list without advancing the iteration using

    This is my directions.
    Display the current item in the list without advancing the iteration using only iterator methods.
    I can't seem to figure this one out when the only methods available are hasNext();, next();, hasPrevious();, previous();, add();, remove();. and set();, and nextIndex();. Can someone please give me advice on this one?
    Thanks a bunch!!!!

    After thinking briefly about an ugly megillah that would detect whether or not you've ever called Iterator.next(), which is what is required for a bulletproof solution, I've decided after looking at the documenation that in fact the problem is not valid.
    It's as simple as this: the Javadoc says 'a ListIterator has no current element'.

  • Select list return value displayed in another item

    The subject pretty much defines it. I have 3 items on a page select list, displays as text (based on LOV), and a text box. My idea is to display a control number in the select list. When the user selects the number that they want I would like the return value to fill in the displayed as text item. Then user can then use the text box to update that information.
    My question is how do I get the return value to display on the users selection?
    Thanks,
    Derek

    Try to compute that item.

    Coum 1 coum2 colm 3 colm4 " for Acc#$1
    Header Cooresponding to Account Number 2
    Coum 1 coum2 colm 3 colm4 " for Acc#2
    Output getting now:
    Header Cooresponding to Account Number 1
    Coum 1 coum2 colm 3 colm4 " for Acc#$1
    Coum 1 coum2 colm 3 colm4 " for Acc#2

    Hi,
    Are you linking correclty the "key" structure?
    Say, for example:
      gs_key-header01 = 'ACCOUNT'.
      gs_key-item01 = 'ACCOUNT'.
    This should link your two tables by the "account" field.
    and the call to the function

    Hi Abhay,
    After moving the whole data into final internal table, pass that internal table to function module REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY.
    before that you need to build field catalog and have to build layout with all the required columns.

    The common features of report are column alignment, sorting, filtering, subtotals, totals etc. To implement these, a lot of coding and logic is to be put. To avoid that we can use a concept called ABAP List Viewer (ALV).
    This helps us to implement all the features mentioned very effectively.
    Using ALV, We can have three types of reports:
    1. Simple Report
    2. Block Report
    3. Hierarchical Sequential Report
    There are some function modules which will enable to produce the above reports without much effort.
    All the definitions of internal tables, structures and constants are declared in a type-pool called SLIS.
    1. SIMPLE REPORT.
    The important function modules are
    a. Reuse_alv_list_display
    b. Reuse_alv_fieldcatalog_merge
    c. Reuse_alv_events_get
    d. Reuse_alv_commentary_write
    e. Reuse_alv_grid_display
    A. REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY : This is the function module which prints the data.
    The important parameters are :
    I. Export :
    i. I_callback_program : report id
    ii. I_callback_pf_status_set : routine where a user can set his own pf status or change the functionality of the existing pf status

The entry can be read from the event table, the field 'FORM' filled and the entry modified using constants from the type pool SALV.
    II. Export :
    I_List_type :
    0 = simple list REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY

    I. it_list_commentary : internal table with the headings of the type slis_t_listheader.
    This internal table has three fields :
    Typ : ‘H’ – header, ‘S’ – selection , ‘A’ - action
    Key : only when typ is ‘S’.
    Info : the text to be printed
    E. REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY : A new function in 4.6 version, to display the results in grid rather than as a preview.
    Parameters : same as reuse_alv_list_display
    This is an example for simple list.

    Parameters :
    Export :
    I. is_layout : layout settings for block
    II. it_fieldcat : field catalog
    III. i_tabname : internal table name with output data
    IV. it_events : internal table with all possible events
    Tables :
    i. t_outtab : internal table with output data.

  • Capturing Detail Items for a Related List in a New Item Form

    I have a simple (ha!) requirement to capture Purchase Requests with the individual line items being captured in a separate List.  I have been using InfoPath, but will consider ANY solution at this point.
    If I have an Edit Item Form, I can have a Data View (LIst View Web part) that will display all related items in my Details List (using a filter on the Parent ID).  I can even add a Data Form Web Part below this to allow for the entry of a single itme
    at a time, and make the lookup field of the new item default to the ID of the parent item.
    All well and good for the Edit Item.  But if I want to do the same on my New Item Form, I am up the proverbial without a paddle because I do not have access to the ID of the Parent List Item (that is still being captured).
    So, using any of the standard SharePoint technologies (except Visual Studio), how can I create a New Item Form, in which I can enter items for a related details List and see those detail items already entered, all while capturing the original form?

    Hi Mike,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to get the details of the related items in New Item form.
    I recommend to edit the new item form in InfoPath and use repeating table to display the related items based on the value in the lookup column.
    Here are the detailed steps:
    Edit the new item form(listB for example) in InfoPath and then add the related list(listA for example) including all the details you need as external data source to the form.
    Choose the secondary data source added in step1 in Fields panel and then expand dataFields, then right click d:SharePointListItem_RW and select Repeating Table to insert the secondary data source added in step1 as repeating table to the form.
    Right click d:SharePointListItem_RW in the Fields panel and select Rules, then click New and select Formatting in Rules panel.
    Click None under Condition in Rules panel, then select ID field in the repeating table in the first box, select is not equal to in the second box, then choose Select a field or group in the third box and select Main under Fields, then click the lookup field
    in the form and then click OK.
    Select Hide this control under Formatting in Rules panel.
    Thanks,
    Victoria

  • List of Customer Line Items through F.21

    Hi,
    I am trying to generate a list of customer line items through F.21 and I am using ECC6. I noticed that other tick boxes (line items required, subtotal, total by currency, total per business area, etc) for output control that we used to have in 4.7 are missing. We are need these tick boxes. Is there any way that we can bring back those options in the selection screen? Please advice.
    Thank you!

    Hi,
    The tick boxes (line items required, subtotal, total by currency, total per business area, etc) are taken away in F.21 selection screen of ECC. These functions/details are provided in report output of ECC. In ECC, there are several new Icons  viz. sort by ascending/descending order, Filter, Layout create/change, etc. are provided. These Icons were not there in 4.7.
    You can create a required layout (total per business area, total by currency, etc.) through "Filter", etc. in ECC. This layout you can enter in selection screen of F.21 so the report output will be displayed for this layout.
    So you do not require those check boxes in selection screen of ECC.

  • When I change size of icons or icon vs list display, why does it affect the whole computer?

    When I change size of icons, or icon vs list display, why does it affect the whole computer? In some folders I want to see a list and others I want to see an icon and I don't need a large icon in all folders. I used to be able to set each folder separately in the old OS. How do I fix this?

    I can hilight an item, go to the finder/file/getinfo but there is no box next to icon view.
    I can go to view/options and adjust the icon size etc, but this applies to every folder in the whole computer. I need varied options in different folders, i.e., I want to view images as icons and text as text. I have to change it every time I open a folder. I used to be able to set it per folder in the old OS.

  • Select list display value in javascript function

    Hi All,
    I have a select list in a tabular form having a display value & return value.
    I am using $x(var_name).value or $v(var_name) for retreving return value of the select list in a javascript function.
    Can anyone let me know how can I get the display value of the select list in a javascript function? Im using Apex 3.2
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sandeep

    What if the select list is not an item. Select list I am talking about is in a tabular form.Regardless of how they're generated in APEX, in JavaScript they're all DOM nodes. There are many ways of accessing the node of the required element. Consider the Items for Order... tabular form on page 29 of the Sample Application:
    var productNameLOV = document.wwv_flow.f04[0] // select list containing name of product on first order line
    var productNameLOV = $x("f04_0001") // another way of accessing the same node, using the ID attribute generated by apex_itemWe can see this using the Safari console:
    => productNameLOV = document.wwv_flow.f04[0]
        <select name="f04" id="f04_0001" autocomplete="off">…</select>
    => productNameLOV = $x("f04_0001")
        <select name="f04" id="f04_0001" autocomplete="off">…</select>Once you've got the node&mdash;however you get it&mdash;you then use the methods shown above:
    => i = productNameLOV.selectedIndex
        3
    => productNameLOV.options.text
    "Business Shirt [$50]"
    So it appears you would use:var item = document.wwv_flow.f01[i];
    var selected = item.selectedIndex;
    var selectedOption = item.options[selected].text;
    This is meaningless:...
    var my_var = document.wwv_flow.f01[i].id; // f01 is tabular column of select list
    if ($x(my_var) == 'display_value') //$x(my_var) is having return value, but i need display_value there
    <tt>$x(my_var)</tt> returns a DOM node object, whilst <tt>'display_value'</tt> is a string: they are not comparable.

  • Displaying not hidden items in the page

    Hi,
    Could you please let me know how I can identify hidden items programmatically? i.e. We have some items in a page and suppose some of the items are hidden. I need to provide a list of not hidden items. How can I recognize hidden items and not to display them in my list?
    Regards,
    Setareh

    Thanks for your reply. But I need to identify hidden items not inactive or deleted items. So far I know active field in wwsbr_all_items doesn't get value for hidden items just for deleted, inactive, and active items.

  • Pick List with Non Stock Items

    Is there anyway to edit the Pick List so that it displays Non Stock Items?
    Our client does not want to track certain Items as Stock and as such they are all created as Non Stock. The Pick List is required to show that stores that the Non Stock Items are included, however they are not displayed.

    Hi Kevin,
    As the name suggests, the Pick list will only work for Items which are Inventory Items.  A non inventory item is not recoganized to have the need to be picked.
    Therefore a NON-INVENTORY Item cannot be made to print / be available on the Pick List.
