I need someone to assist me with setting my dsl to the proper speed of 10mb from current at 7.1
I am getting very frustrated with customer service being unable to resolve setting my dsl speed to the max available on my line which is 10 mb a second according to dsl tech support. I am getting to the point that I am going to cancel my service if this situation does not get resolved. I am currently only set in the system to a speed of 7.1mb and this speed was what I was getting with my dry loop dsl. I had to add a phone line and a double bundle in order to get the faster speed of 10mb a second. I need help right away to resolve this issue. No one at billing or technical support has been able to fix this issue with multiple calls and transfers from one department to another.

Step one: Visit http://www.giganews.com/line_info.html and post up the Traceroute the page shows, if you wish. Be aware that your non-bogan public IP Address will show up. It might shown up as the final hop (bottom-most line of the trace) might contain a hop with your IP address in it. Either remove that line or show only the first two octets. What I'm looking for is a line that mentions "ERX" in it's name towards the end. If for some reason the trace does not complete (two lines full of Stars), keep the trace route intact.

I need to know how to delete the most recent version of Firefox. No. You can set up as a new device or restore from iCloud or iTunes. It looks like you backed up with iTunes, so you can't restore with iCloud. To backup your device in iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud and activate it

Having issues with .fdf's linking to the document they were creating from in reader 9.1
I run adobe reader in a citrix enviroment. presentation server 4.0 windows 2003 SP1. We have alot of PDF forms on our file server and what users do is open up one type in the data and then click on submit at the top of the PDF then they email the .fdf that is created either to themselves or someone else on the network (this still functions in 9.1). When using AR7.0 and a user would double click on the .fdf it would automatically put the data in the form it was created from but with 9.1 it doesnt, it opens up explorer and wants you to navigate to the appropiate .PDF to insert the .fdf into. I have 3 citrix servers and I have only upgraded 1 to 9.1 for testing. If the .fdf is created in AR 7.0 it will link to the .pdf if you open the .fdf in either 7.0 or 9.1. But if the .fdf is created using 9.1 it wont link the document in either AR 7.0 or 9.1.
Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated

Need help for a friend with setting up their bb email
I have a bb bold and never had any trouble setting up my email. But, my friend is having trouble with her's. She is on Verizon and was able to set up the email so that she could receive emails but, she's not able to send out going messages to everyone. It was suggested by Verizont that she set up the email using IMAP instead of POP. She asked me to help with getting her directions but, I haven't been able to find anything online about configuring that in the email set up. Does anyone have any directions I can email her about setting up her email?

When configuring your email, you cannot, inside of BIS, control IMAP versus POP. Rather, it's a function of the server to which you point BIS for your email -- if it does IMAP, BIS will configure IMAP. Many email providers supply separate email servers for POP or IMAP...some combine on one server. Not knowing your email provider, It's impossible to tell you what your email provider is doing. But, here are some links that might prove helpful:

Need someone to help me with a PayPal My Cash card!
So what happened was that I bought a PayPal My Cash card and put $55 on it. I tried putting it but PayPal won't let me add it to my account because I'm not over 18 (I wanted to buy stuff online but couldn't do it without PayPal account). So I wanted to know if someone could do a huge favor for me. What I want to do is send the pin to a trustworthy person here and they can add it to their account and then they can send the money to me. Okay. Audio problem solved. Can someone possibly assist me with Safari?
I downloaded Safari onto my computer after not having used it in some time and after being frustrated with Google Chrome and Firefox 24. Well, Safari is driving me up the wall now, as it is slow and will not allowme to download any apps! Everytime I attempt to download an app, it stops mid-download and I get a message on the screen, saying, "Plug-in Failure". Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Well , the code is all right but i can't run it with the asserts , im using Eclipse 3.1 , the level of compilation is 1.3 .
It says that ignores de asserts but when i compile it gives me error on assert expression.
I would like to someone could test this code in another JAva editor like XEmacs or JBuilder ,anything that works with asserts and accept them.
Someone working with linux could test this too?

When I try to open up a page file, I am told to download a newer version, but when I go to Apps it tells me I am already instaled. So now I can not open any page files. Please HELP!
You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.

I only have my IPhone5 for two months and am very upset that now they may need to give me a new phone and lose anything that may not have been recently backed up by the phone. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you reseolve it? Hard reboots did not help.

Most email sites have a "printable view" link or button. This may be in an obscure location. For example, on Outlook.com, it is on the ... menu (last item on the menu bar when viewing a message).
If you want to PDF the email, you can print it to a PDF printer driver. Examples include:
