I need to delete my iCloud account, because i have two open and need to consolidate. How do i simply delete the account?

You can't delete an iCloud account, you can just choose to stop using it.
If you are signed into two accounts on your Mac, you can delete the secondary account by going to System Preferences>Internet Accounts, highlighting the account and clicking the "-" below it. You can sign out of your main account in System Preferences>iCloud. If you need to consolidate data from the two accounts, drag and drop the data within the various apps from the account you will no longer be using into the one you will be keeping before doing so.

You can not login into iTunes or the App Store using VPP credentials. You must purchase all apps/book/etc. from the VPP website. Then you can redeem the codes thru itunes/app store or import the codes thru apple configurator. (It will not affect any of the apps you already have but the id can only be used for VPP.)

I have Photoshop Elements 9. I downloaded the plug in 6.0 and it works on the RAW files from Canon EOS 60D, but not with Canon EOS 70D. I cannot download higher versions of plug in, because I have Windows Vista and it is not supported.
You could try using the DNG converter 8.7 on Windows vista:

From what you're describing appears to be Activation Lock, a security measure provided by Apple that makes it harder for people to use a lost or stolen device. You will need to enter the password for the Apple ID the device is prompting you for.

I recently changed my apple ID but the old on is still on my iCloud account. The old address is dimmed on iCloud on my iPad so I can't change it. How do I change to the new address? I don't want to delete the account as I don't want to lose the pictures
To change it, you have delete the existing account. However you can avoid losing any pictures in the process. To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. (Camera roll photos are not effected by deleting the account.)
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in. -
How can I copy my music files to my iPAD. The CDs are currently stored in folders on my PC. Note: Synching via iCLOUD won't work because I have VISTA OS and I need at least Windows 7 or 8.

Open iTunes
From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:

Add File to Library
Add Folder to Library
Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
If iTunes is set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding to library," iTunes will copy all content that is added to the iTunes library to the iTunes Music folder. To adjust this setting or change the location of this folder, go to the Advanced tab in iTunes Preferences.
Once that's done, you can sync the music to your iPad by following this article:

I just got new ipad mini....I want to delete all of the music that was synced from my itunes account. I have went through and deleted some songs one by one but some have a cloud icon with a red arrow on them.....is there a simple way just to delete them?
Yes there is. Those songs are not actually on your iPad. They are in iCloud ready for download if you choose to do so. If you want to remove them go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Show All>Music>Off. You can also do this in Settings>Music>Show All Music>Off.

Recently Apple have blocked my account for no particular reason so i had made another account because I couldn't access it i backed my ipod touch 4g to my new account and transferred my games and found out i couldnt update them because i dont own the full version of this game can anyone help please get back to me !
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
You need to reactivate your first account.
Why do I see the message "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons” when I enter my password?
This message means that someone was unable to sign in to this account multiple times. The Apple ID system will disable the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You'll need to follow the instructions on My Apple ID to reset your password. -

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another iOS device or Mac computer. -
