Not possible. You need access to iTunes.
The passcode will be required to make changes to these settings or to disable Restrictions. Note: If you lose or forget a restriction passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.

I gave my ipad 2 to my brother last month. After that he erased all content and settings, sign in with his apple id. The next day until now, I found out that I can not udpate my apps both on my iPhone and iPad Air. I had create new apple id, change my password, delete the icloud acc. 2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

Hi, first do the backup on the phone on iCloud to be sure all saved, then you can erase all and it will be saved on icloud.
also install iCloud on the pc so you check if you have all data before erasing from the phone-double sure. -

I am asking this because my iPhone 4S is really starting to slow down. And I think is mainly due to the deleted text messages bug (i.e., they are still searchable in spotlight!), therefore not deleted off my phone and slowing it down. There are big delays opening up apps (especially Messages) and now, sometimes, my phone won't even vibrate when texts come in. I also just want to completely wipe the slate clean and start fresh, but I still would like to save the SMS conversations I already have. So I guess what I am afraid of is wiping my phone then iTunes sees the phone as a completely new phone and not "Drew's iPhone" therefore making a restore impossible. Would this be an issue at all?? If you restore your phone as new - your text message will be deleted from the phone.
If you erase all contents and settings and then restore from a backup, your text message will still be there. -

My iPod Touch 5th Gen. isn't syncing to my computer and I've alread backed it up to iCloud plenty of times. So my question is if I erase EVERYTHING back to factory settings and set it back up as a new iPod can i reaccess all of my photos and app/game data?
If you restore from iCloud backup all your photos in your Camera Roll album and all your iTunes purchases that were on the iPod will be restored. Photos that were synced to the iPod and non-iTunes purchases like music ripped from CDs will not be restored.

Okay so i had a Iphone 5c and broke it so they shipped me a new one, And as i was trying to set my new one up the paper said to go to settings and back up my phone and then erase all content and settings from my damaged device, So i did. How did you save your images to the external drive? Did you copy your Aperture library there?
Is your Aperture library referenced or managed - did you store the original image files outside the Aperture library or are they included in your Aperture library? If you have referenced images, did you back them up too?
The error message you are seeing, shows that Aperture cannot find the original image file. That is indicated by the yellow warning badge with the arrow.
If your Aperture library is referenced, you need to restore your backed up original image files as well from their backup, and then use the the command "File > Locate Referenced Files" to reconnect the image versions with the missing original files. Do you have a backup of the originals? If you cannot restore your referenced originals, you can turn your previews into new originals; post back, if you need help with that.
If your Aperture library is managed, and all your originals are included inside your Aperture library, try if the Aperture Library First Aid Tools can fix this:
Repairing and Rebuilding Your Aperture Library: Aperture 3 User Manual
Check if the "Masters" folder inside your Aperture Library contains any image files: Crtl-click the Aperture library and use "Show Package Contents". Are the missing original image files inside?
