I purchased a song with my iPhone, but when I sync'd with iTunes the next time, the song was removed and cannot be accessed in iTunes.

The song is found when I "search" for it or for the artist, but it cannot be selected or played.
When I go to the artist, only the other song from another album is shown.
I tried redownloading from the iTunes store, but there is no change.
This is very frustrating, since I now cannot put it back on my phone or listen to it at all.

It sounds like you and your husband are sharing an Apple ID, a version of iTunes on your computer, or both.
I recommend you share neither your Apple ID nor your version of iTunes. You can still share music by using Store > Authorize this computer and enter your spouse's information. But it sounds llike this sharing is the cause of your problem.

But when I sync it with my iPhone 4, I dont even see the name of the playlist in iTunes while syncing and the songs dont get copied onto iPhone 4. i just opened my ipad, started my apple account/I.D. and realized I put the wrong e mail. I was having trouble correcting my I.D on the Ipad so I went to my laptop and make the proper changes/slash e mail address I wanted for my apple ID. I got back to my ipad and try to download an app I can't because I have to sign in my apple account and I can't because it still has the irrelivant I.D/email address..

Check the following:

If the ringtones are on the old device just plug it in and do a transfer of purchases then they will be on the computer to sync to the new device.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another.

What happens if you go to iTunes > File > Devices, do you get the option to Sync iPhone?

My IPhone used to be synced to my computer. A new hard drive was installed and now the phone says it's syncing, then a message appears saying the next time my computer is available is will sync. I've followed the instructions and no success.

Given your situation, I’d highly recommended that you purchase a SATA-to-USB adapter, so that you can test both your old disk and your new disk externally, since it might be that the problem is due to a faulty internal SATA cable rather than due to faulty disks.

Sync single song via iTunes with my iPhone 5 & can't sync music with my iPhone

I have two questions about iTunes and my iPhone 5.
1) I have my full music library connected with iTunes and most songs are not bought via iTunes. Now I have alle artists listet up with their albums.
Can I now sync only one single song from an album with my iPhone 5? If I want to sync music with my iPhone I can only choose between Playlists, Artists, Albums and Genres but not single songs. Is there a possibility to sync single songs from a full album?
2) The other problem is when I want to sync music (and only music!) iTunes starts syncing with my iPhone 5 and nothing happens. After a while a get an error that the synchronisation is stopped because it couldn't start syncing. Why? What can I do?
I use a windows 8 laptop with the newst version of iTunes and iPhone 5!
