Another Vista Victory!!! Try uninstalling iTunes, then download and install it again. Make sure Vista is up to date.

Hi, you may have resolved this issue already, but if not...
There should be one copy of MediaAccessibility.dll in the folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support (32-bit systems) or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support (64-bit systems)
If you can locate the file, right-click on it and select Properties, then on theDetails tab it should have File Version - 48.1.0.11. If it has a different version number then it is out of date and is likely to be cause of the problem.
Please search your Programs Files and/or Programs Files (x86) folders for all copies of the file MediaAccessibility.dll - Any other copies of the file in different locations are likely to be out of date, but might be called in error by an executable file in the same folder, thereby causing the error.
Should you find more than one copy of MediaAccessibility.dll could you please let me know in which other locations it was found. This will let us more effectively help others with the same issue by suggesting where they should look. If you have the correct version, in the correct place, then deleting any others should fix your problem. This is similar to the QTMovieWin.dll issue dealt with in the first box of the user tip Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
If you don't have the correct version of the file then completely removing all components, deleting the named folders, and reinstalling as suggested in the second box of the user tip should work. You could try repairing Apple Application Support alone from the the Programs and Features or Add/Remove Programs control panel first as that would be quicker, but only if it works.

You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store

I have tried to send it to multiple people and keep getting the same response.

My iPhone 5 freezes EVERY time I try to open a contact or add/edit a contact and freezes up pretty much on everything I do.

My iPhone 5 operates at about the speed of dial-up internet. Every time I try to do something I have to wait. My harddrive is not even close to being full and I always close out of my programs so I am confused. It is mainly a problem with contacts (adding, editing, viewing, anything). I also occasionally hardware reset (power and home button same time) to try and help but to no avail. Is this an Apple issue that a trip to the Apple Store will take care of? I am just sick and tired of having upgraded to an iphone 5 only to step backwards in speed and performance, plus switching over deleted over half of my contacts even though I had icloud set up on my 4 and also on my 5 so it should have been seamless. If you have force quit all applications, performed a hard reset, software is at 6.1.4, then the device needs to be restored as new. I recommend to sync, transfer, and import all data to your computer and restore as new at this point. It is the same steps the Apple Store is going to do, its a software issue, not a hardware issue right now.

I am having exactly the same problem with my iPhone 4 (running 6.0.1 (10A523)). I have rebooted several times since this started occurring but it doesn't change the behavior. It was also reporting a "storage almost full" error quite often when I still have 1GB - 3GB of free space. As a troubleshooting exercise I removed all my music so there is now 20.1GB free. The storage warning no longer appears but the same issue still persists with reminders. Help, please!

I am having the same problem. Itunes reports that it's uploaded all the music etc.
When I turn the match function on, it says "you are not currently subscribed to itunes match".
I have restarted the phone and coputer, logged in & out several times to no avail.

I saved a PDF doc in adobe and then added text to the form. But every time I try an email it it only sends the original form without text. Once I've changed a doc in Adobe, how can I save it so that I'm able to use it with added text and notes? Also, I'm using a new iPad.

If you are using those apps or websites, they are likely viewing the PDF using iOS' built in PDF previewing, which will not show annotations and markup to the PDF. We have informed Apple of this issue, but do not have any insight into whether or when they will fix it.
Regarding the qustion about importing pictures, Adobe Reader does not provide any capabilities to import pictures into a PDF. To do this, you'll need to use Acrobat, available on your desktop computer.
