No, that's a scam, do not follow them or download their stuff, go as far in the opposite direction as possible.

I have a MAC and when I try to use Adobe Reader, I get a pop up telling me to lauch ADobe Reader and accept the end user license agreement, but when I do that, there is no agreement to acknowledge. What should I do?
I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? Very, very annoying, especially since it all works just fine if I launch a .pdf file from a website using Chrome. What is going on here and who do I talk to in order to fix this problem - Apple or Adobe?

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

After updating to Windows 8.1, I no longer receive email, although I can send email. How do I fix this problem?
Lets ensure your service device is running in top form! What email account are you using? ( ie, Google, Yahoo, etc) Have you removed and re-added the e-mail address since this occurring?

If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If it doesn't show there then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?

I downloaded the new version of pages about a month ago. Today I tried to open documents that I created and saved with the new version and received a message that I needed to download the new version. The app store shows the download. HUH?!?
I'm not sure what you mean by it making accessing files more complicated. I have both Pages 4.3 & Pages 5.1 icons in my Dock as well as Numbers 2.3 & Numbers 3.1. I continue to use the iWork '09 versions for my everyday needs. As long as the new versions are in your Applications folder & the '09 versions in the iWork '09 folder, Software Update will not have a problem updating them even if Apple should come out with a new update for the '09 versions.
Because I have moved the new versions to an external drive & renamed the apps because I want '09 to be the default apps, I do have to remember to move them back to my applications folder & restore the original names before updating. But since you like the new versions this "complication" doesn't apply to you. -
I just bought Adobe Export PDF because I wanted to convert documents received in Adobe to a Work document. Why do the documents that I receive in an email now not show up in readable form? Why does it just show some kind of code instead of the document?
These documents are opening in a window, correct? Along the top of it, assuming you are on Windows, there should be a bar with a title in it, just like most apps.
It sounds to me as if you are being send PDF files, not Word documents. Why are you sure they are Word documents. IGNORE THE WORD ICON, that would be part of the problem. -

I just tried to look at Netflixs. At first your site told me to download flashdrive which I have the latest version. I went back in to bring up netflix again and now your site is telling me to download microsoft silverlight. I have that to and the same version you are telling me to down load. Why am I having all this trouble? Your sight use to be perfect. What is up with that and how does it get corrected?Check the age of the files you wish to open.
Keynote 6 (the latest you downloaded) will opne Keynote 5 (KN09) files but nothing earlier. For that KN5 will act as an intermediate format (you save KN4 and earlier as KN5), then KN6 can open the resultanr files.
Make sure you have a backup of your original files, in case KN6 cannot replicate some of your earlier builds and transitions.

Plugging in iphone and itunes is telling me to download the 64-bit version.
when i plug my iphone into my computer, itunes keeps telling me to go download the 64-bit version. so i uninstalled itunes and went and downloaded the 64-bit version. i went back into itunes, and it told me the same thing. i'm using a windows 7.
I have a similar problem. When I plug in my iphone it told me to uninstall and download the 64-bit version. When I did that, the 64-bit version wouldn't open because my "library was created with a newer version of iTunes". It appears I can either have my library OR I can sync with my iPhone, but not both. I haven't been able to find answers for this problem.
It's a brand new PC laptop, running Windows 7. Any other specs I should mention?

So I downloaded this thing that told me if I downloaded it, I could watch a TV show I was looking for
on it (ridiculous, I know) but ever since, I get these boxes that'll pop up on every site I go on (except for maybe facebook) and they display adds, it also will use certain words on a site and make them into links to send you to other sites or whatever that are irrelevant. I've attached a picture of what it looks like, it happens on netflix especially, every single time. I used a virus finder and tried to delete everything it found that was suspicious but its still going on, should I just wipe my whole computer back to factory setting?There is no need to download anything to solve this problem. You installed the "Flashmall" trojan. Take the steps below to disable it.

Back up all data before continuing.
1. Triple-click the line below on this page to select it, then copy the text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:

In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return. A folder named "LaunchAgents" will open.
2. Inside the folder you just opened, there may be files with a name beginning in any of the following ways:
com.crossrider
com.extensions
com.flashmall
com.webhelper
com.webtools
flashmall
UpdateDownloader
WebSocketServerApp
Some of these files may be absent. Move any that you have to the Trash and close the Finder window. Log out or restart the computer. The trojan will now be inactive, but there are a few more components of it that should be cleaned up.
3. Do as in Step 1 with this line:
~/Library/Application Support
A folder named "Application Support" will open. Inside it there may be a subfolder with this name:
webHelperApp
If so, move that subfolder—not the "Application Support" folder—to the Trash.
4. Open this folder in the same way as above:
~/Library/ScriptingAdditions
and remove an item named
BrowserHelper.osax
if present.
5. Open this folder:
~/Library
Look for subfolders with either of these names:
flashmall
WebTools
and move them to the Trash, if present.
6. Open the Applications folder. If it contains an item named "Flashmall" or "WebTools", move that to the Trash.
Empty the Trash. -
In the US, my iPad 2 sends and recieves email over wi-fi without problems, yet when I am in Europe, I can receive emails over wi-fi without issue, yet the emails that I send (get the whooshing sound) never arrive.
I have input a valid local smtp address yet that still get no results.
Has anyone had the same issue and found a workable solution please?Who is your email provider?
If you use an independent email provider (not tied to any specific ISP) such as GMail or iCloud, you'll have no problems sending email from any location or network, without having to change any outgoing SMTP servers to local ones. -

If the touch screen physically doesn't work, it's too late to back it up. You should have been syncing your contacts with something... a cloud service or contact manager on a PC. If you were not, then I'm afraid you're going to lose them.
