Your earlier phone must have been originally intended for sale in another country and must have been purchased from somewhere other than an authorized Apple retailer. Phones that are intended to be sold in the UAE have FaceTime permanently disabled. The option is not there and cannot be made to work.

While this won't help if you are having password problems, I did want to point out that you do not need to access old machines to de-authorize them. Once you are signed in at the iTunes store, access "my account" by clicking on your username in the top navigation bar. Then "manage devices". You can remove any old machines that way. -

It's not uncommon for it to not work the first time and sometimes, you have to try it a few times. Turn off your antivirus software and your firewall while you are trying to restore the iPad. Enable them again after you restore.
If that still won't work, post back with detailed information as to what exactly does happen as you go through the process. -
Where do you find the ringtone tab on your personal itunes so that you can sync new ringtones to your iphone? I am trying to get ringtones from my ringtone app onto my phone and the directions said to click Ringtones on the top of iTunes. I am having trouble finding the Ringtones on the top of iTunes.
Go to edit then preferences in itunes on your computer and then check the box TONES and then click OK. with your phone attached to your computer with USB cable select the name of your phone on the left and then in window on right select TONES from the menu items across the top of the window

Recently I installed iTunes on my computer so that I could put music on my new iPad and it was fine, the next day when I went to put some more on it it asked me to download the newest version of iTunes and I did but since then I have been having trouble getting access to iTunes. There were some updates on my Apps. I updated them on my iTunes but my iPad did not get the same downloads/updates thru iCloud. Does the iCloud only works for "New" Apps or Books downloaded from the store but not the "Updates"?
Purchased music does not count against your iCloud storage and you cannot get rid of them in the purchased tab.

You do not buy Photoshop for 300 baht, you are renting it for that much a month. You set up an account with a valid credit card and to see if it is active, you go here. https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html Look under my Subscriptions.
If all is good, then with the same Adobe ID/password, select "License this Product" and sign in, or Help > Sign in.
That will license it.

Your music will only be where you put it. It does not magically appear in other places. Copy it from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some coutries:

Call AppleCare back and give them the iPhone model and serial number and tell them you just want to know which cell carrier your iPhone is now locked with. Once you learn that contact the cell provider and see what their process is to officicially unlock it.
