I figured that was the case, but I've used the same passcode for years and I can't seem to figure out how I managed to screw it up when I set up my phone. Without being able to access my phone for a restore, how would I accomplish this? iTunes? Thank you very much for you help!

If she is receiving your messages - then you must have somehow setup the iPad to use your iPhone number or your email address on her new iPad. How you did that is beyond me unless you set up her new Mini for her and used your Apple ID on it.
On her iPad got to - Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at>uncheck your phone number or email address of that is what is being used for the contact number. -
When I try to access adobe from my smart phone to use my form created in formscentral I receive an error message that says "unsupported browser". There is a link to download a supported browser but the link directs me to another page that says "browser not supported at this time". This happened to me while using my IPhone 5, a friend that uses an IPhone 6, and another friend that uses a Samsung Galaxy S5. I just need for my employees to be able to access, complete and submit work orders created in formscentral from their phones. I would like to use the data collection feature in formscentral but at this point any suggestions on how to accomplish this are welcomed. Thank you
Further info - I changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere, and again tried to install. I again got an error message
that the update failed to install, and to contact Customer Support. -
I Have downloaded the upgrade from Mountain Lion to Yosemite. In thee process of so doing I have lost access to iTunes.
The app on desktop no longer opens the program and having downloaded and installed as per Apple instructions, can not make a connection.Hi, drjbuchanan.

I have been trying to update to iOS5 (on iPhone 3GS and iPad 2) since 1 pm MST yesterday and I am still receiving the "network has timed out" error message. What is the deal? Apple should have expected this kind of traffic on their servers. Am I going to have to go a buy the 4s just to get iOS5?
"network timed out" is a common message with ALL iOS updates. A simple search of the forums would have revealed that disabling Anti-Virus and Firewall software on the computer tends to rectify the issue.
Apple does anticipate the server load, but building in enough capacity to handle the ENORMOUS traffice that hits their site when iOS updates are released makes no logical, financial, or business sense. When millions of iPhone users world-wide attempt to download updates at virtually the same time, it is slow.
Why the insistence on downloading the update as soon as it's released? Simply waiting a few hours, which most are forced to do due to the slow download, will result in a much faster download.
I was able to download iOS 5 this morning in about 6 minutes. -
I just upgraded to Lion. I was trying to set up iCloud and it asked for my "login" keychain password. I've never been asked for the keychain password before. I've tried every password I can think of and nothing works. I'm normally asked for the password to my machine when upgrading software, signing on, etc. but this is different apparently. I tried the same password and it didn't work either. I read a couple of posts and they all want to take me through Applications/Utilities but that requires knowing your password in order to change it. I don't know it. Don't remember ever setting up a keychain password. Does anyone know how to change the keychain password if you don't know the keychain password???
Most of the time your Keychain password is the same as your login password. If you configured your computer to log you in automatically, you may not have used your login password in so long you forgot it.
There is no way to retrieve the "login" Keychain password, but you can reset the Keychain from the Preferences menu: select it in the Keychain Access menu and select "Reset My Default Keychain". This will create a new, empty Keychain but the old one will be saved should you ever remember its password.
The result of this is that you will have to supply passwords for everything that requires it, since without your Keychain they will no longer automatically fill themselves. However, once you supply them and store them in your new Keychain, they will be remembered. -
Hi There, I have locked the restricted access section as she was purchasing lots of in app purchases and now I cannot remember the four digit code to unlock it. Does anyone know how if there is a master code or how to reset only this section without deleting everything on the ipod?

so, i know that there are many questions about a locked iphone, but my case is quite different, i think.
i just happened to change my passcode this morning before fasting (i'm fasting) and then i left it charged while i went to sleep. stupidly, i didnt write down the new passcode and after a good sleeping, it seemed i've lost my good memory about the passcode and i cant get closer to what it is. ive erased my phone through find my iphone, but i have no idea how to use the phone brand-new because the phone isnt connected to any internet connection (my connection is a bit obstructed here so its really difficult for me, hence my country), so it seems i cant enter the setup assistant. ive tried to enter recovery mode with itunes on my pc, but my itunes is not the latest version (it's still 11.1.xxx), so my itunes didnt detect any iphone in recovery mode but instead always ask for new software update for the device. i cant update my itunes due my connection problems. si im stuck with remembering what's the passcode until now. i dont care if i have to lose all of my data, as far as i can use my phone again, i just can re-isntall all the apps later. so please can anyone help me? im so desperate. thanks.

If you've erased your phone through Find My iPhone, you've erased the saved WiFi passwords along with everything else. -

Dropbox doesn't support webdav. Do a google search on "dropbox webdav" to find out what you have to do.

iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases.
Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)

I repeatedly receive an error message when trying to sync my ipod touch with my itunes library with my new computer which reads, "Some of the items in the itunes library were not copied to the ipod because you are not authorized on this computer."
